Jon From "Jon & Kate Plus Eight" Say Photographed With Another Woman Was "Poor Judgement"

On Us Weekly, Jon Gosselin from “Jon and Kate Plus Eight,” was photographed with another woman leaving a bar. Gosselin now talks about the incident saying that he used "poor judgement." He was seen leaving a bar after 2 AM on April 18 with an unknown brunette and when they saw the photographers they hurried into his car and sped away without turning on the headlights. A tabloid claimed a security guard saw them kissing in a stairway.

Jon claims that the woman is a "female friend." “Like most people, I have male and female friends and I’m not going to end my friendships just because I’m on TV,” Jon said in a statement to Access Hollywood. “However, being out with them late at night showed poor judgment on my part.”

Jon's celebrity status has put a strain on him. On the March 4 season finale, Jon expressed his frustrations over his celebrity status. “I can’t be Jon – I have to be ‘Jon and Kate Plus Eight,’ which is a real hard thing for me. I still haven’t come to grips with that yet.” he said. “If I go out – people know I go out – [they] photograph it and do everything they’ve got to do.”

This was not the first time Jon was spotted without his wife. Back in February, Jon was photographed at a college party. He was reported flirting with co-eds. Jon denied doing so.

Us Weekly editor Jill Martin says that the family's problems are much deeper. “He’s been going to local bars. He just roams around by himself, which is really very curious behavior,” Martin said. “There are neighbors that say they’ve already separated and he’s living above the garage.”

As the show returns for a new season, Jon said that he is bothered that he has placed his family in a difficult situation. “What makes me sick is that my careless behavior has put my family in this uncomfortable position,” Jon’s statement to Access continued. “My family is the most important thing in my life and it kills me that these allegations have hurt them.”

At this time Kate was on the West Coast promoting her new book, “Eight Little Faces.”

Jon would never cheat on Kate but he is right about using better judgement.

Sean Penn & Wife Robin Wright Penn Calls It Quits

Sean Penn has filed for legal separation from his wife, Robin Wright Penn. Court papers filed last week in Marin County, California show that the two separated on April 23. Sean Penn is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children, daughter Dylan, 18 and son Hopper, 15. He also asked the court to not award spousal support to Wright Penn.

Back in December 2007, Penn and Wright Penn started the divorce proceedings but stopped after four months.

Signs that it was over showed during the acceptance speech of Sean Penn after he won the Oscar for best actor award for his portrayal of politician and gay rights activist Harvey Milk. He did not thank his wife and when asked by Access Hollywood about the why he did not mention his wife, he said, "She knows." He explained saying that they knew there wouldn't be "enough time."

Penn and Wright Penn were married for 13 years. They got together in 1990 after Penn divorced Madonna in 1989. They then got married in 1996.

It is so sad to see people married for so long not to love each other like they use to.

Sarah Jessica Parker & Matthew Broderick Expecting Twins Through Surrogate Mother

According to Access Hollywood, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick will adding new members to their family. The couple are expecting twin girls through a surrogate mother.

A rep for Parker and Broderick said in a statement, “Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed.”

The twins will be their second and third children. They have a six year old son, James Wilkie Broderick. The couple have been married since 1997.

As for Parker's character in Sex and The City, Carrie Bradshaw being a mother, Parker says she doesn't expect her to be one yet. “It doesn’t seem as if that’s going to be a choice she’ll make. I don’t know,” Parker previously told MTV News when asked if fans would see Carrie as a mom in the big screen sequel.

“[Writer/director] Michael [Patrick King] and I never talk about it. That doesn’t mean that won’t be part of the story. We just haven’t figured it out,” she added. “It feels a little bit manipulative to toss that into the mix, because she seems so pointed in a different direction.”

I wonder why they decided to have a surrogate mother?

"Slumdog" Dev Patel & Freida Pinto Together

Stars of the film, Slumdog Millionaire, Dev Patel and Freida Pinto are a couple now. Patel's mother Anita has confirmed that the two are very much a couple. The Daily Mirror has Mrs. Patel saying, "First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place. Life can't get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them."

This was just days after Patel, 19, flew to Israel to spend some time with Pinto, 24. Pinto was in Jerusalem filming her latest movie. The two spent a few hours together in a hotel and then took a stroll around the harbor. The two then had an early champagne dinner at a seaside restaurant.

Onlookers said that Pinto could not keep her hands off of Patel. The couple spent their time at the table kissing and holding hands. After their date, Patel flew back to London while Pinto returned to the American Colony Hotel in East Jerusalem.

Why do all stars say they are not seeing each other when they end up together anyway. Well they do look like a lovely couple though. Lets hope they stay that way.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are officially married. No joke. The two got married on Saturday at the Westminster Presbyterian Church. As for being parents, Spencer's sister, Stephanie Pratt says "No." She tells MTV News, "I see them buying a house and maybe buying a dog."

Stephanie Pratt, one of Heidi's bridesmaids, tells MTV News, "Everything worked out great. My parents were there. They were very emotional, like most parents would be." Stephanie Pratt does hope that Heidi she would make time for other people other than Spencer. "I hope Heidi makes time for me," she says. "I hope she puts in some other time now that they're married, [and] she can hang out finally and have some girlfriends in L.A." She is happy for the two of them though. She tells MTV, "I'm so happy they found each other."

I sure hope they don't have children. Two of them is enough.

Lindsay Lohan Wants Attention Through Weight Loss

Some of Lindsay Lohan's closest friends were shocked to see how bad her weight loss is. A source close to Lohan tells People that, "She is a self-destructive person." The source continues, "It's all part of her cry for attention. She wants Sam [Ronson, her ex-girlfriend] to see how bad she's hurting and she wants Hollywood to see her as a 'tortured artist' who is wasting away … This is a symptom of something much bigger – a desperate need to be noticed."

Apparently if this was to gain attention it may be working as Lohan and Ronson are talking again. Lohan even visited Ronson at her home in Los Angeles on Thursday for six hours. From a source, Lohan looked "very happy" when she left.

Friends of Lindsay Lohan are worried about her thin appearance though. "When Lindsay is off-balance, she'll pull out every issue you can imagine," says another source close Ronson. "She doesn't eat. She stays up all night and sleeps all day, so she misses meals. When she is doing good, when she is happy, her appetite is healthy and her weight is healthy."

Lohan's rep says that her weight is fine and that there should not be any concern about her appearance.

Sounds like a 5 year old throwing a fit because she didn't get what she wanted.

Hayden Panattiere's Home Burglarized

According to the Los Angeles police department, Heroes star Hayden Panettiere's home was burglarized. The grand theft was reported on Monday. Public Information Officer April Harding tells Us magazine that, "The incident occurred between April 10 and 15 while she was out of town."

Police could only confirm that personal property was stolen from the star's home. TMZ.com reports that $15,000 worth of jewelry was taken. There were no signs of forced entry.

At least she was not home at the time and is safe.

Fred Durst Engaged

Limp Bizkit frontman, Fred Durst announced on his Twitter page that he is engaged to Esther Nazarov. "Great news – I'm getting married to Esther [Nazarov] in July!!!!" he wrote. "It's on!! Break out the bubbly!!"

Besides posting that he is "the happiest man alive," he also posted a picture of the Neil Lane rock he gave Esther. He also wrote, "I've never known true love until now. So grateful."

Durst has two children, Adriana from his first marriage, and Dallas, his 7 year old boy from a previous marriage.

I guess Britney is out of the picture now.

Social worker Hired For "Slumdog Millionaire" Star, Rubina Ali

Producers of Slumdog Millionaire hired a social worker for 9 year old Rubina Ali after hearing news that the father offered to sell her for nearly $300,000. Rubina's father, Rafiq Qureshi, denies the claims but did admit that he was broke. He also claims that the film left him with "nothing." Despite the claim from Qureshi that the film makers did not give him anything, they did set up the Jai Ho Trust to ensure the welfare of the child stars from the film.

In a statement released to Us Magazine, Slumdog producer, Christian Colson said, "Both Danny [Boyle, the director] and I remain committed to working the the trust and the family to secure Rubina's long-term best interests."

One of the Jai Ho trustees, Noshir H. Dadrawala, said that "the trust will support Rubina, her parents and responsible authorities to ensure that the rights and best interests of Rubina" are protected. Dadrawala also said in a statement, "The trust is in regular contact with Rubina Ali and her family and has hired a social worker to assist in looking after her welfare and that of her co-star."

The Jai Ho Trust also counsels the children and the family. It also makes sure that the families receive accommodations and a fixed amount of money each month for living expenses. The Trust also covers education costs for Rubina and her siblings and will give her a lump sum of money when she turns 18. Both Colson and Boyle supported Dadrawala's comments.

News of Rubina's father trying to sell her came about when reporters for Britain's News of the World disguised themselves as a wealthy Middle Eastern family interested in buying a girl. They reported that Rubina was originally being sold for $75,000 but the father raised the price after the success of the film.

Even if you live in poverty, how can you sell your own child like that. How can you even put a price on your own child. I'm glad the film producers are helping her out.

Ellen Pompeo And Her Husband Chris Ivery Expecting First Child

The Grey's Anatomy star, Ellen Pompeo and her music producer husband, Chris Ivery, are expecting their first child. Pompeo's rep, Jennifer Allen tells People that, "It's great news. They're ecstatic."

The couple were married by the Mayor of New York City, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, back in November in a low key ceremony. The two met at a grocery store in and began dating six months after.

Another Grey's Anatomy star is also having a baby. Costar Chyler Leigh and her husband, Nathan West, are expecting their third child, a girl, in May.

According to Us Magazine, Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel did not split. A friend of the couple say that "They have not split." Rumors that the couple ended their relationship started after Timberlake was reported "acting very much like a single guy" at Kate Hudson's 30th birthday party over the weekend. Biel was did not attend the party.

"Things are very good with them," another source tells Us Magazine. "They do things separately sometimes."

Timberlake and Biel have been together since 2007 and have recently bought an apartment together.

Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Revealed...Maybe

Not too long after Robyn Gibson, wife of Mel Gibson filed for divorce, reports have been surfacing that Mel have been spending a lot of time with a woman named Oksana. Sources have told People magazine that Oksana is a Russian singer signed to Mel Gibson's record label, Icon Records.

Public records revealed that Oksana Grigorieva, 39, who is an ex of the former James Bond star Timothy Dalton, has lived in a house linked to Gibson, 53. The house in Sherman Oaks, California, has an ownership trust administered by the CFO of Gibson's Production company, Icon, back in December.

Both Grigorieva nor Gibson have commented about the rumors but Grigorieva fits the profile of the woman seen in the photos with Gibson the Boston set of his upcoming film, Edge of Darkness, and on the beach of Costa Rica. A former agent for Grigorieva tells People magazine, "She'll never give up with her music," says Kruglov, who has seen photographs of Mel's mystery woman and believes she and Grigorieva are one and the same. "She loves it."

Before Grigorieva was ID'd as the girlfriend of Mel Gibson, three other "Oksanas" were suspected. Oksana Kolesnikova, a pianist and composer who performs five days a week at the Beverly Hills Hotel's Polo Lounge, was suspected but she is married happily for 10 years and is four months pregnant. She tells People magazine, "I have nothing to do with [Gibson]. The only contact I had with him was when he came in to dine at the Polo Lounge. He seemed like a gentleman."

Oksana Pochepa, a Russian pop star, is another woman thought to be Gibson's new woman. She tells the Sun tabloid that she is the one dating Gibson. She says, "This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting,” Pochepa does not look like the woman in the photos taken in Boston though.

The third Oksana was Oksana Lovoushka who the Latin American Herald Tribune ran a photo of. The Herald Tribune wrote that the blonde artist was in Mexico with Gibson in January filming her her music video. No comment from Lovoushka.

Mel Gibson is such a player.

Host of American Idol and On Air with Ryan Seacrest is out for some love. Ryan Seacrest and a L.A. bartender, Jasmine Waltz, took off to Paris last week.

According to People, the two met when Seacrest was out at a West Hollywood lounge called Guy's. Waltz has worked at other hotspots such as Les Deux and Bella and is an aspiring actress.

A source tells People that the couple have been together for a few months.

The two went to Paris after Seacrest was finished with American Idol last week.

I bet Seacrest's mother is very happy right now.

Jamie Foxx Apologizes To Miley Cyrus

Jamie Foxx apologized to Miley Cyrus on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday night for his remarks about her on his radio show over the weekend. He admitted to Jay Leno that he had said things that he should not have. Foxx said, “I so apologize to [Miley], and this is sincere. I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.”

On Foxx's radio show, he said that Miley should, “make a sex tape and grow up.” He also said, “Who is Miley Cyrus? The one with all the gums? She need to get a gum transplant!”

Foxx explains that what he said was part of his show's format and style. “I have a radio show…We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart,” he continued.

Foxx then looked into the camera and said, “Miley, I apologize, so I’ll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand.”

That was nice of him to come out and apologize like that. At least he realized he went too far and took responsibility.

Girlicious, Natalie Mejia, Seen With Chris Brown But Only "Hanging Out"

Over the weekend, Chris Brown was seen with Girliciouis singer, Natalie Mejia. Rumors say that they are going out but Mejia says there is nothing between them. She tells Access Hollywood, “We’re just hanging out.”

The two were photographed leaving a tattoo parlor in Hollywood on Saturday. Mejia never mentioned anything about getting a new tattoo but she did say, “We both love tattoos.”

From People, Chris Brown was at the tattoo parlor with a woman from his recording studio named Dean. Mejia just happened to be with Dean.

“He’s definitely a sweet guy,” she said. “He’s a good friend. A good person.”

I sure hope she is not going out with him. After what he did I can't forgive him that fast.

A Member Of The Kardashian Family Getting Plastic Surgery

Kim Kardashian from the show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, tells PEOPLE that, "Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery." Ofcourse she does not say who that family member is but says that the viewers will be surprised. "I can't tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon," said Kardashian.

In other Kardashian news, Kim's mom and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney are preparing to open another one of their clothing stores, Dash, in Miami. "We are excited and hope to find a good Collins Ave. location to open by June," she said. "We see Miami Beach as a hot market and will stock it with more beach attire than we do in L.A because of the tropical environment. We will then open a second store in L.A. So we have a busy summer ahead."

Hmm I wonder who wanted a makeover... I wonder if the dad gets plastic surgery.

Mel Gibson And Robyn Gibson Divorce

After attending Mass on Easter Sunday at the Roman Catholic church, Mel Gibson spoke to some parishioners. He was overheard saying, "Well, she's filed for divorce." His wife, Robyn Gibson was did not attend the service with him.

The day before Good Friday, Mel Gibson's wife of 28 years, Robyn Gibson signed the divorce papers seeking joint custody over their minor child, Thomas, 9, and spousal support.

Yet the biggest news to this is, according to a response Gibson's lawyer filed, that the two have been separated since August 26, 2006. This was about a month before Mel Gibson was pulled over for a DUI in Malibu. He also made anti-Semitic remarks when he was pulled over. He later apologized for those remarks.

A source has told PEOPLE, "They'll do this amicably. There's a lot of mutual respect and they've worked hard on their marriage and worked hard on their separation."

The source also says, "They'll handle the divorce in the same respectful way."

Mel Gibson also have six older children: Milo, 19, Louis, 21, William, 24, twins Edward and Christian, 26, and daughter Hannah, 28.

Separated for three years and no one knew about it until now. At least they are doing this in a civil way.

Britney Spears Walks Off Stage In Vancouver

On Wednesday night in Vancouver, Britney Spears walked off the stage three songs into her Circus concert. The show stopped for more than half an hour and the audience was not happy. So what prompted her to just walk off?

Cigarette smokes was the reason Britney Spears walked off the stage. According to the Vancouver Sun, the smoke made the performers including Spears uncomfortable. The performance continued after the smoke cleared. While the audience was waiting for the show to resume, intermission music from hockey games was being played. A concertgoer said that the intermission music left the fans, "really pissed off. The break in the concert ruined it for everyone. The vibe was gone."

When Spears returned, she performed "Me Against the Music," followed by "Everytime." During the performance she asked, "What's up, Vancouver?" before she again left the stage, some 90 seconds before the end of the song.

The concert ended with her singing "Womanizer" and telling the crowd, "Vancouver, don't smoke weed." Her sign-off was also peppered with a couple of X-rated expletives and a warning to "drive safe."

A statement was posted after the show on her web site saying, "We want to apologize to all the fans who attended our Vancouver show tonight for the brief pause in Britney's set. Crew members above the stage became ill due to a ventilation issue."

Hmm I wonder if it really was the smoke that made Britney leave the stage.

Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddie Prinze Jr. will be expecting their first child together. A source close to the pair told PEOPLE that, "They're very excited." The source also says that Gellar is due in the fall.

The couple have been married for six years. Currently Gellar is set to shoot the HBO pilot for The Wonderful Maladays. She is also an executive producer. Prinze just shot the pilot for No Heroics for ABC.

Congrats to the happy couple. Glad to see them doing well.

Lindsay Lohan Talks About Spilt With Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan goes to Us Weekly and talks about her split from Samantha Ronson. She also talked about the "humiliating" weekend with the Ronson family and that what friends are saying that she is suicidal are not true.

She tells Us, "It's absolute hell." According to Us, the interview took several lengthy calls and emails. She was agitated, crying and baffled by the turn of events.

In the interview she claims she is "so alone" without Ronson. "Everyone's turned on me," says the actress. She tells the magazine that the night of the Chateau showdown, Nicole Richie walked by her and said "Uck," and Drea De Matteo said, "Come at me, b---h."

Lohan and Ronson broke it off after two years. Ronson then hired five security guards to keep Lohan from the afterparty for her sister Charlotte at the Chateau Marmont. Lohan was staying directly the floor above the Ronsons with her mom and sister Ali.

Ronson then changed the locks the next day on the Hollywood Hills home she shared with Lohan. Her mom and sister then asked the police about getting a restraining order against Lohan.

When asked about her threatening Ronson that she would kill herself after Ronson repeatedly tried to break up with her over the past month, Lohan laughs and says she was okay. "I'm just really hurt!" she says. "The whole situation is sick."

Seriously Lindsay Lohan needs help. Someone do something! Obviously her family is not helping her.

Samantha Ronson Does Not Need A Restraining Order Against Lindsay Lohan

After the break-up with Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson's family asked about a restraining order according to the Beverly Hills police. Samantha on the other hand does not feel it is necessary. Her attorney David Bass tells PEOPLE magazine, "Samantha has no plan to request a restraining order. There is no basis for one."

A source close to Samantha says, "Sam and Lindsay are broken up, but Sam does not feel she's in any danger whatsoever. She thinks the whole thing is absurd. "

On Friday, Lindsay Lohan was blocked from entering the "I Heart Ronson" bash at Bar Marmont, an event celebrating Charlotte Ronson's clothing line, by Ronson and her family. The two "are totally communicating" according to another source.

What did Lindsay do to have Samantha's family want to get a restraining order against her. Then again Lindsay is not exactly a role model.

Lindsay Lohan and deejay Samantha Ronson have split. That's not the end of it there, Ronson's family is hoping it will stay that way. A source close to the couple told PEOPLE that, "Sam's family has made her swear that it's really over. They are giving her all the support they can to keep her away from Lindsay."

Another source says, "Lindsay is going to try and twist the situation in her favor, but Sam clearly left her, not the other way around."

On E! news, Lohan said herself, "We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself." She even wrote on her Twitter saying that the reason they broke up was because of Ronson's cheating and drug use. Lohan wrote, "You broke my heart. Now go away. I loved you."

Over the weekend, Samantha Ronson changed the locks to her house said a friend to the former couple. "Sam changed the locks on her house. Lindsay moved her stuff out as much as she could. She's basically totally out of the house as far as her stuff and she's not living there anymore," said the friend. The friend also said, "Lindsay was pretty devastated."

Lindsay Lohan does not want it to end apparently as she attempted to enter the "I Heart Ronson" bash at Bar Marmont in West Hollywood. The event was celebrating Charlotte Ronson's clothing line and Samantha was deejaying there. The actress was not allowed to enter the event. The next night Lohan was spotted by a paparazzo at a McDonalds after hitting some hot spots. "Lindsay kept hiding her face in her hands … One second she would scream that we were scaring her and the next she started rambling about how much she loves Samantha," said the paparazzo.

Seems like Lindsay Lohan will get even more crazy now. I hope she gets over this and get some help.

Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty

Singer Chris Brown Pleads not guilty to the two felonies charged against. He is charged with assault and making criminal threats from the alleged beating of his girlfriend Rihanna back in February 8, 2009.

Brown entered a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday, April 6, 2009 along with his mother. His mother looked distress but was able to crack a smile at a friend in the courtroom.

When Judge Patricia Schnegg asked for his plea for the two charges, Brown answered in a barely audible voice, "not guilty" to both charges. The next hearing is set for April 29.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, told the judge that "more discovery was needed" in the case. This meant that he is awaiting review of more evidence. Rihanna was not present at this hearing but according to her lawyer, Donald Etra, "Nothing's changed with regard to Rihanna's stance toward this case ... She will testify if subpoenaed and will do everything that's required of her to do." Currently the singer, is "doing fine," says Etra. "She's in Barbados now with her family."

If Brown is found guilty, he will face, probation to a maximum of four years and eight months in state prison.

Not guilty? I sure hope he gets what he deserves.

Levi Johnston In Trouble With Sarah Palin

Levi Johnston, the 18 year old father of Bristol Palin's baby, has a lot to explain to the Sarah Palin. The Alaska Governor is not very happy with Johnston and his family for talking about sex on The Tyra Banks Show. "Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We're disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship," says the statement from the Palin family rep.

On The Tyra Banks Show, which airs on April 6, Johnston tells Tyra that he believed that Sarah Palin knew that he and Bristol were having sex when they lived under her roof. "I'm pretty sure she probably knew. Moms are pretty smart," said Johnston.

Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin were high school sweethearts and planned to get married after graduation. The two ended their relationship earlier this year. Johnston told Good Morning America that he needed to mature before getting married.

What a creep to air such private matters to the public.

Sam Lutfi's Sister Claims Britney Wanted Lutfi's Help

Christina Lutfi, younger sister of Britney Spears's former manager Sam Lutfi, testified in court that she snuck a cell phone to Britney Spears at a Beverly Hills hotel recently. She also claims that this was planned by Britney herself. Britney had initially called Sam's cell phone in mid-January to speak with Christina.

"[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam," said Christina. "She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids."

Spears told Christina to meet her on the fifth floor gym of the Peninsula Hotel on Jan. 16. There they met in a sauna away from Spears's mother, who was working out with Spears, and her bodyguards. Christina gave Spears a phone saying it was from Sam and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. "She asked me, 'Will Sam be able to help me?'" Christina added. The phone was later discovered and confiscated.

Blair Berk, a lawyer for Jamie Spears, testified that Britney was afraid of Sam and wanted him arrested to keep him away. Berk also, in regards to the recording that has been circulating the Internet of Britney asking for a lawyer to end her father's legal control, said that the pop star repeatedly denied she was looking for outside help. Berk also doubts whether the recording is real or not.

This is sounding more and more like a soap opera. Somehow I just do not trust Sam Lutfi. I hope he does not win. Britney is doing so much better without him

American Idol Judge, Kara DioGuardi, Clashes With Contestant's Brother

On Tuesday's American Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi, clashes with Megan Joy's brother. While DioGuardi was giving contestant Megan Joy her critique for her performance of "Turn Your Lights Down Low," Joy's brother shouts, "Broken record!"

During the break, DioGuardi approaches the brother and the rest of Joy's family. At first she thought the comment was directed toward his sister, but he told DioGuardi that it was aimed at her. DioGuardi was shocked and asked, "I am? Why?" He then said "packaged artist" could be her "packaged phrase." The judge stormed off with her bodyguards upset.

She then approached Joy's brother again during the next break and tapped him on his shoulder. She then says to the surrounding people, "Can you believe what he said to me?"

Megan Joy's brother was not the only one DioGuardi clashed with. She even went against contestant Anoop Desai over his performance of Usher's "Caught Up." As the show went to commercial, the judge made an annoyed face as she turned away to walk backstage.

Wow, Kara does not seem to be popular at the moment. I thought Simon Cowell was the one to be least liked.
