Tom Brady Marries Gisele Bundchen

The New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, and supermodel, Gisele Bundchen tied the knot on Thursday. The two had a small private ceremony in Santa Monica California.

The wedding took place at St. Monica's church and Brady's 1 1/2 year old son was there as well. They then followed the wedding with a gathering at their Brentwood home.

The two got engaged last month.

Holly Madison & Criss Angel Split

Former Girls Next Door, Holly Madison and illusionist Criss Angel called it quits. Their rep, Steve Flynn tells People magazine, "Criss and Holly are no longer a couple." Flynn also says that the two will remain close friends and hope for the best for each other.

The two began dating last October when Angel had his show "Believe" in Las Vegas. They were seen holding hands while walking and even made out on the red carpet.

I thought Holly was waiting to propose to Criss? I guess he didn't want to settle down.

Transformers star Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have broken off their engagement. According to a source, "The decision was mutual. They're still friends."

The two met in 2004 and then got engaged in 2006. The Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star, Green had said in November that he and Fox were hopeful for a small wedding or elopement.

I guess this means good news for all you men out there.

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie At The Academy Awards

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie came face to face at the 81st Academy Awards Sunday. Aniston presented Best Animated Feature along with Jack Black. Originally they stood at the side of the stage.

When Black makes a joke about how Pixar films always win Oscars, Aniston said, "I apologize Mr. Katzenberg [Jeffrey Katzenberg is the co-founder of Dreamworks], I don't know why we let him out of the house."

The camera then shows Jolie laughing.

When Aniston announced the nominees, she moved to the center stage where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were sitting in front of. Aniston then smiles only to Pitt when the lights dimmed. Both Jolie and Pitt had smiles on their faces as Aniston presented Best Short Film. Jolie and Pitt then clapped as Aniston walked off the stage.

I'm sure Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie knew that the cameras would be on them when Jeniffer Aniston took the stage.

2009 Oscar Winners

As the Oscars closed Sunday night, the movie that not too many people knew about until recently overcame all other films. Slumdog Millionaire, a film about a guy who overcame life's obstacles, took eight Academy Awards. It was named Best Picture and Best Director, Danny Boyle. It also won Adapted Screenplay, Cinematography, Sound Mixing, Editing, Original Musical Score and Best Song ("Jai Ho").

Other winners of this year's Oscars was Sean Penn, who won the Best Actor award for his role as a 1970's gay activist Harvey Milk in Milk. "I did not expect this, and I know how hard I make it to appreciate me, often," Penn said in his acceptance speech. He also acknowledged his fellow nominee. "Mickey Rourke rises again," said Penn, "and he is my brother." The movie Milk also took the Original Screenplay, by Dustin Lance Black.

Kate Winslet was named Best Actress for her role as a troubled woman with a Nazi past in The Reader.

As for the Best Supporting Actor, the late Heath Ledger took the title for his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight. The audience rose to their feet as Ledger's family accepted his Oscar.

Penelope Cruz took Supporting Actress for her role in Vickey Cristina Barcelona. At the podium she said, "Has anybody ever fainted here? Because I may be the first one."

Disney-Pixar's WALL-E, about a robot who falls in love was named Best Animated Feature. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button had 13 nominations but took three of them, Art Direction, Makeup and Visual Effects. The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award was given to 82 year old Jerry Lewis. As he clutched his Oscar Lewis said, "This award touches my heart."

I kinda knew Slumdog Millionaire would be taking home some Oscars because of all the hype it was getting. Congrats to all the winners.

Rihanna Breaks Her Silence On Assault Incident

Since being allegedly assaulted by Chris Brown, Rihanna speaks out for the first time issuing a statement of thanks to her fans.

The statement tells the fans that she remains strong and is doing well. The statement says, "At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time."

The statement came out on her 21st birthday. She was last seen heading to an airport on Thursday night. This was the same night the graphic photo of her battered face was leaked out. Rihanna's father is upset at the LAPD for the leak of the photo.

On her birthday, friends in Barbados took out an ad in the newspaper wishing her a happy 21st birthday. "I just really love that girl," said Sharon Thompson, who bought the birthday greeting, " Some nights I cry because of what I'm hearing. It has me deeply hurt. She's just so lovely."

It is good that she is holding up after what has happened. I wish her the best.

Shocking Photo of Rihanna After The Assualt Leaked Out From the Police

The Los Angeles police is currently doing an internal investigation to find whoever released the graphic photo of Rihanna with her injuries from the alleged assault by Chris Brown. The photo surfaced on the Internet and has now generated a buzz.

"The photograph has the appearance of one taken during an official domestic violence investigation," says a police statement. "The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence."

The photo is a close up of a young woman with her eyes closed. Bruises and cuts could be clearly seen on her forehead, lips and cheeks.

The LAPD began receiving reports of the photograph on the Internet Thursday evening. The department then began an internal investigation and have called on the public's help for "information concerning the unauthorized release of the photograph."

"A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination," police said.

It is sad that things like this happen everyday in this world. Knowing that this photo was leaked out without the police knowing, I will not post the photo on my blog. I will say that the photo is disturbing after seeing it. I hope Rihanna recovers from this quickly and return to a normal life.

Salma Hayek marries on and off boyfriend of three years, billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault. The two tied the knot in the Salles des Mariages, the City Hall of Paris's Sixth Arrondissement. In front of a dozen guests which included Hayek's mother, Diana Jimenez, her brother Sami (who also served as her witness), and 17-month-old Valentina, her daughter with Pinault, she said, "Oui."

An attendee of the ceremony tells People magazine, "The bride was extremely beautiful." the attendee continues, "even when she was crying tears of joy. They were extremely happy."

I wish the best to the couple and hope they live a happy life together.

Stars of Heroes, Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere, have broken up.

Different lifestyles was the reason why they broke up. "They lead different lifestyles. He's 31, she's 19. She still has growing up to do and he's very low-key," said a source close to the couple. "The relationship never seemed like it had legs."

The two have been together for about two years. They spent part of 2007 hiding their relationship. Ventimiglia and Panettiere may have broken up but they are still friendly to each other.

I never thought that they would last very long with such an age difference.

Lindsay Lohan talks about her noticeably slimmer look. Lohan tells Us Weekly that, “It’s not intentional.”

In the past month, tabloids have been talking about how Lindsay Lohan have been competing with girlfriend Samantha Ronson to see who could be thinner.

Lohan's rep denies those rumors and blames the weight loss on stress. The rep adds, “we recently did a photo shoot and she ate two full meals.”

Lohan herself have been claiming that she has been eating throughout the weekend. “I eat. I had my Big Mac yesterday from McDonald’s,” she told Us Weekly at the opening of Matthew William’s store in New York City. “I eat just as much as I always have.”

She may be noticeably thinner but Lohan have never weighed herself according to her. “I’ve never weighed myself in my life,” she told the magazine. She then adds, that the reason she may be losing weight is because of “working a lot,” “stress,” and “lack of sleep.”

“I think it’s all the stuff that adds up,” she said.

She is really getting skinny. I hope she is taking care of herself better.

Chris Brown Finally Speaks Out About Atttack On Rihanna

In a statement released by a spokeperson for Chris Brown, he is sorry and saddened. Here is what the statement said:

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person.

Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong.

While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else.

Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."

Chris Brown had allegedly attacked girlfriend Rihanna on Feb 8, 2009 and was arrested. He may face charges from the district attorney.

Chris Brown I hope you get the help you need and face your mistakes. I hope you will never hurt another woman again.

Following his retirement from acting and taking on the career as a Hip Hop artist, Joaquin Phoenix just gets weirder. Appearing on the Late Show With David Letterman to promote his new film, Two Lovers, Phoenix looked as if he was not totally there.

More On Rihanna and Chris Brown Incidents

New details about the altercation between Chris Brown and Rihanna have emerged. According to a source close to the couple, "Chris knocked her around." The source continues, "Black eye, blood, bruises. She had to be treated by a doctor."

The police confirms that Rihanna suffered a black eye, a swollen split lip, and two bruises on either side of her forehead. The source close to the couple describes the police photos of Rihanna saying, "She looked distraught and in a lot of pain. Her eyes were closed because she was looking down."

Rihanna is at a safe place and is cooperating with the police. The case will be turned over to district attorney's office on Tuesday or Wednesday. The prosecutors may then charge Brown with more crimes. The case can be affected by how much she is willing to forgive Brown though. "Prosecutors back off somewhat when they see a couple trying to work out their own issues," says Steve Sitkoff, an L.A. defense attorney. But, says the friend, "I would be so sad if she went back to him."

Currently both stars have cancelled their upcoming appearances.

This incident has surprised Brown's fans and friends. Chris Brown was known for his charm and Michael Jackson-style moves. He was seen as a good kid. His high school gym teacher from Tappahannock, Va., Lyn Amos says, "I've never known Chris to be combative." A restaurant owner whio has known Brown since he was a child, Jean Segar says, "He's always low-key, easygoing." Segar continues, "He's such a mild-mannered person. It's hard for me to believe [the charge]."

The biggest shock was that Chris Brown claimed his mother was physically abused by his former stepfather. "He made me terrified all the time," Brown told Giant, adding, "I hate him to this day."

The abuse allegations may have an impact on Brown's career. On Monday, Wrigley temporarily suspended his Doublemint commercials, and as an industry source points out, "A lot of his fans are women."

I hope Rihanna does not even consider forgiving Chris Brown.

Details Of The Chris Brown & Rihanna Incident

New details have emerged about the incident that happened on Sunday morning between Chris Brown and a woman said to be Rihanna. Sources tell Access Hollywood that Chris Brown allegedly hit Rihanna with his fists and bit her. This took place around 12:30 AM on Sunday.

Brown was arrested and charged with felony criminal threats. Investigators are still looking into the alleged domestic violence felony battery and that additional charges may be filed.

The incident occurred when Brown and a woman were arguing in a car in the Hancock Park area in LA just after midnight on Sunday. Brown then stopped the car. The two exited the car and the argument escalated. Reports say the woman suffered visible injuries. After that Brown left the woman at the scene.

A source inside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center told Access Hollywood that Rihanna was taken to the facility where she became emotional after two female "assistants" came to visit her.

“Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming,” the source said. “Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get… her point across.”

Brown turned himself in on Sunday evening. He was then booked for a felony charge, posted bail and released.

A rep for Rihanna says she is doing "well."

You should never hit a girl like that. I will never look at Chris Brown the same again.

Christian Bale Apologizes For Blow Up

On Friday on a LA radio station, KROQ 106.7, Christian Bale goes on air to apologize for his blow up on the set of "Terminator: Salvation." On the "Kevin & Bean" radio show, Bale says that his blow up towards the film's director of photography, Shane Hurlbut, was totally uncalled for. “I have no confusion whatsoever, I was out of order beyond belief,” says Bale. “I was way out of order. I acted like a punk. I regret that. And there is nobody that has heard that tape that is hit harder by it then me.”

He continues saying that there was no excuse for his action. “I make no excuses for it, it is inexcusable. And I hope that that is absolutely clear,” Bale stated.

Bale also explained that he is still not adjusted to being a superstar yet. “I’m not comfortable yet with this notion of being a movie star,” he continued. “I’m an actor and I don’t quite know how to handle the movie star thing."

He then goes into how takes the public's view of him now. “The thing that disturbs me so much is that I’ve heard a lot of people saying that I seem to think I’m better than anybody else,” the actor continued. “Nothing could be farther from the truth. I’m a luck … I don’t want to swear… I’m a lucky SOB. I never forget that and that is why I put so much into what I do.”

At least he apologizes for what he did. Although it would of been better if he apologized sooner rather than after his on set explosion being made public.

Etta James Versus Beyonce Knowles

Music legend Etta James is not very happy with Beyonce Knowles for singing her signature song, "At Last," at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball. At a concert in Seattle on January 28, James told the crowd, “I tell you, that woman he has singing for him, singing my song, she gonna get her a** whipped.” She continues on, “I can’t stand Beyonce, she had no business up there singing… my song that I’ve been singing forever.”

Beyonce recently played James in the film, “Cadillac Records.” Beyonce even performed "At Last," as well as other of Etta James songs. The two even met at the film's LA premiere where Beyonce praised James. At that time, she told Access Hollywood, “I actually just got a chance to speak with Etta James. She’s a living legend and I want her to love the movie, and I hope she does.”

The song "At Last" may be Etta James trademark song, she was not the first to perform it. Glenn Miller and his orchestra were the first to perform "At Last" in 1941. It was later performed by Nat King Cole in 1957. Etta James' version came out in 1961.

The song were written by Mack Gordon and Henry Warren who also wrote a number of hits in the 40's.

Oh come on Etta James. You should be honored your song was chosen to be sung at the Inaugural Ball.

What Really Went On With Christian Bale Blow Up

There seems to be more to the story of Christian Bale going off on the director of photography Shane Hurlbut on the set of "Terminator: Salvation." According to Aint It Cool editor in chief, Harry Knowles, Hurlbut is a "light tweaker."

“The DP on ‘Terminator: Salvation,’ Shane Hurlbut, is apparently a light tweaker,” said Knowles. “He’s a fairly young DP and likes to fiddle with his lights on set during action, which is a big ‘no no’ on most productions. But apparently Shane is a pretty unrepentant light tweaker.”

Knowles also wrote that the scene Hurlbut interupted was a scene that laid down "the emotional center of the film and Bale's character." “The scene in question was a very emotional and tough scene,” Knowles wrote. “A scene that required… a deep level of immersive concentration.”

Director Michael Bay also talked about Bale's blow up with Billy Bush from Access Hollywood and “The Billy Bush Show.” “Everyone’s allowed to have blow-ups on set, OK?” Michael said. “It’s a very tense place. I could totally understand Christian’s point of view – it takes him out of the scene when he’s trying to give it his all.”

Bay points out that actors don't get three and a half minutes to go off on his sets. Bay said, “As a director, after a minute, they say their stuff, after two minutes you go, ‘OK, that’s it, everyone clear the set.’ You don’t need that huge gigantic forum.”

The Director of photography is wrong to walk on set while filming but it still does not mean Christian Bale can go off like that.

Britney Spears Gets Restrianing Order Against Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi

A restraining order was obtained by Britney Spears against her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and former manager Sam Lutfi.

Through her conservative father, Jamie Spears, Britney asked for protection for herself and her family against Ghalib and Luftfi. The two men were with her during her breakdown a year ago. A restraining order against Jon Jay was also received by Britney as well. Jay was an attorney who once claimed to be working on behalf of Britney and attempted to move her conservationship case into federal court. The restraining orders will only last until a hearing on February 23.

According to the court papers, Lutfi has "evaded service" on the restraining order for 20 days “despite intensive efforts… to locate him.”

Lutfi moved in with Britney in October 2007 after their meeting. On February 1, 2008, the date her conservationship started, a temporary restraining order was filed against him. The papers also said that Britney “continues to communicate” with Ghalib, who is a paparazzi, and sends him her location so his people can film her.

The papers also say that the three men are “working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears’ health and well being.”

Britney Spears is still under the conservationship of her father.

It sounds like this was her father's idea. At least she is better now.
