Ashton Kutcher Apologizes To Neighbor After Video Rant About Construction

At 7 am. on Thursday morning, Ashton Kutcher was woken up to the sound of construction at his neighbor's house. In response he posted a video blog complaining about the noise. Kutcher later had a change of heart and went to his Twitter and video site Qik.com to apologize to his neighbor.

“I’ve calmed down from my morning spazz-out. You’re very vulnerable at 7 AM,” he said in a video posted on Qik.com on Thursday afternoon. “I like my alarm clock to be a nice tune, like John Mayer or something like that. But in light of reflection, I just want to say, I will be more tolerant of my neighbor’s construction in the morning, as he tolerated my construction at my home.”

He adds, “I thank the Twitter nation for being so understanding of what it’s like to be woken up by the neighbors, so God bless.”

Later two videos of Kutcher and his wife, Demi Moore, were posted. The two were captured throwing bottles of Vitamin Water to the workers on his neighbor's construction site. Kutcher also held up speakers playing Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes," in the direction of the workers.

“Redemption. Feels good,” Ashton said in the video.

Anna Faris ("House Bunny") Engaged To Chris Pratt

The "House Bunny" star Anna Faris and "Bride Wars" star Chris Pratt are now engaged. A rep for Faris told Access Hollywood that the two got engaged near the end of 2008.

In October 2008 Faris told the UK's Times, “We were friends for a while.” She continued, “We grew up in the same area, so we have a lot in common.”

Anna Faris have been married before to Ben Indra. The two met on the set of "Lovers Lane." They married in 2004 and finalized their divorce in 2008.

Another couple to get engaged at the end of 2008. Either way I wish them the best.

Octuplets Born

On Tuesday morning, a Southern California woman gave brith to octuplets. The birthing took five minutes. That's one baby every 36 seconds.

Dr. Veena Manchanda, an athesiologist who was part of the team who delivered the babies, said, "We were all very excited because it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the whole staff."

Here is a timeline of when the babies were born:

• Baby 1: 10:43 a.m., a boy weighing 2 pounds, 11 ounces
• Baby 2: 10:44 a.m., a girl weighing 2 lbs., 12 oz.
• Baby 3: 10:45 a.m., a boy weighing 3 lbs., 4 oz.
• Baby 4: 10:45 a.m., a girl weighing 2 lbs., 8 oz.
• Baby 5: 10:46 a.m., a boy weighing 1 lb., 8 oz.
• Baby 6: 10:47 a.m., a boy weighing 2 lbs, 12 oz.
• Baby 7: 10:47 a.m., a boy weighing 1 lb., 15 oz.
• Baby 8: 10:48 a.m., a boy weighing 2 lbs. 11 oz.

"The chances for these babies, they are very good," said Dr. Mandhir Gupta, the neonatologist. "The first three to seven days are critical, and after that, we have a better understanding of what the long-term prospects are for survival and complications."

Dr. Karen Maples adds, "It's a surprise. Eight newborns are in stable condition and they're doing quite well."

I cannot even begin to imagine how the woman felt giving birth to so many babies at once.

Details of John Travolta Extortion Plot Revealed

A paramedic had tried to extort $25 million from John Travolta. According to Bahama authorities, the paramedic, Tarino Lightbourn, tried to extort the star with a medical document that had nothing to do with the death of Travolta's son, Jett.

Lightbourn was arrested on Jan. 23 and is charged with conspiracy to commit extortion and attempted extortion.

He pleaded not guilty on Monday and is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Carolita Bethel in Nassau on Wednesday. Lightbourn is not the only one in trouble as his lawyer, former Bahamian Sen. Pleasant Bridgewater, is also charged with two counts of extortion. Bridgewater is also scheduled to appear before the magistrate.

The document that Lightbourn tried to use against Travolta was a one page "refusal to transport" that Travolta signed when Lightbourn was treating the actor's 16-year-old son, Jett.

Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Marvin Dames tells PEOPLE that the document was irrelevant. Dames said, "The document did not apply in the Travolta case. It did not apply because he was very ill, and so, the only alternative would be to take him to the hospital. Refusal to transport documents are for cases involving minor injuries. If your injuries are minor and you don't want to be transported, the ambulance driver would produce that form. It waives responsibility on the part of the hospital."

The Senior Assistant Commissioner also says that the Travoltas did everything they could to save their son.

It is sad that people could do this after a tragic loss.

Geri Halliwell (Spice Girls) Engaged

According to Access Hollywood, Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell is now engaged. Her fiance is Italian yacht company owner, Fabrizio Politi.

The reps for the Spice Girls says that the engagement took place over the holidays.

In a statement released by Halliwell's rep, the rep said, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi." The rep continues, "As a token of their commitment to each other, Fabrizio presented Geri with an engagement ring over the Festive Season.”

According to the Daily Mail in Britain, the engagement ring is said to be $310,000.

So far there is no date set yet for the wedding. “There are no immediate plans for marriage as the couple are enjoying their engagement,” the statement continued.

The couple have been spotted in Maldives, Tuscany and Paris recently.

There is always something about the holidays that gets people to want to propose.

Oprah Winfrey Was Considered For Senate Seat

After hearing Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich considered appointing her to take a now vacant seat left by President Barack Obama, she said, "Absolutely not."

On Gayle King's Sirius radio show, Winfrey says, "I would have said, ‘Where would I fit it in with my day job? My mid-day job, my night job, my radio job, my magazine job?'"

Blagojevich said during a visit on ABC's Good Morning America, to defend his innocence with the accusations of trying toauction off the Senate seat, that he thought Winfrey was considered to take the seat.

"She seemed to be someone who had helped Barack Obama in a significant way to become President," he said.

When Winfrey heard the news, she was shocked. "My plan was to get up and watch Good Morning America and work out and then I just thought, 'Let me just lay here another half hour.' If I had been watching, as I normally watch — from the treadmill, I would have fallen off the treadmill," Winfrey said. "I’m pretty amused by the whole thing."

Oprah Winfrey may not go into politics, she does think she is qualified.

"I think I could be Senator too," the talk show host said on The Gayle King Show. "I’m just not interested."

Imagine her taking the position and then deciding to run for president. Hmm President Oprah Winfrey.

One of the biggest surprises is Meryl Streep's win. It was certainly a surprise for her by the way shw ran to the stage after they announced her as the winner.

Kelly Osbourne Goes To Rehab

Kelly Osbourne checked herself into rehab according to her personal rep. “Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues,” said the rep. “Her family supports and stands by her.”

Her mother, Sharon Osbourne spoke to Radar Online about Kelly's decision to seek help. “Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out,” said Sharon about the reason Kelly went into rehab. “We just pray that everything’s going to be okay.”

Sharon also told Radar that the family had been working hard on their new variety show, "Osbournes Reloaded," before the problem arose. “She [had] been working right up until she went in,” she said. “However, we are all very glad Kelly’s doing it.”

I hope she gets the help she needs, whatever the problem is.

Katy Perry On Celibacy: "I'd Rather Die."

During a conference call with reporters on Thursday, Katy Perry talked about celibacy. "I am not going to be celibate," said Perry. "That was a joke, and any fine journalist would have got that."

She was talking about the interview she gave where she said she had taken a vow of celibacy in 2009 after she broke up with Travis McCoy. This is what she said about that: "Please," she now says, "celibacy for the whole year? I'd rather die."

Although she is not going celibate, she says she may be less active. "I guess I am just going to be looking for the right one."


She must of sounded serious if people thought she was really going celibate.

George Clooney Returns To "ER"

George Clooney will reprise his role as Dr. Doug Ross on "ER" this week. Clooney was part of the show's cast when the series started on NBC in 1994.

Clooney is set to film scenes on Thursday and Friday. According to Radar Online, Clooney's character will be featured practicing medicine at a hospital in Seattle. There will also be a scene at County General.

Radar Online also reported that cell phones have been banned from the set and personnel will be limited when Clooney is there.

I didn't think ER was on for this long.

Barack Obama Sworn In As President

On January 20th, 2009, Barack Hussein Obama was sworn in as the nation's 44th president. Obama is now our first black chief executive.

Braving the cold, Obama placed his right hand on the Bible, used by Abraham Lincoln on his inauguration, and said, "I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear that I will execute the office President of the United States faithfully."

Obama thanked George Bush, "for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition."

After that Obama addresses the challenges: "That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood," he said. "Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age."

He assures America, "that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America – they will be met."

He ends his speech with a quote from George Washington: "With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations."

Good with a new president in office maybe we can see some better changes.

Kelly Osbourne Arrested

Kelly Osbourne was arrested last summer for assault. Osbourne had apparently slapped a journalist in a London nightclub. She was released on bail and is scheduled to return to see the authorities in March.

The allegations come from a claim that Osbourne hit Zoe Griffin, a gossip columnist for the U.K. newspaper The Mirror, for writing an article mocking her model boyfriend Luke Worrall. Griffin wrote in a piece last August in The Mirror saying that Osbourne approached her in Punk nightclub with the issue of what Griffin wrote saying Worrall had to ask how an earthquake was caused.

Griffin wrote Osbourne saying, "I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he's upset." Griffin then wrote that as the conversation ended, she felt a slap. Griffin wrote, "That's when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone."

A spokeswoman for the Scotland Yard read a statement, "I can confirm that a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment at 3pm on January 2." She continues, "She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29th August 2008," the statement continues. "She was bailed to attend a central London police station on a date in March."

No comments from Kelly Osbourne's rep yet.

Katy Perry Given Award Meant For Rihanna By Mistake

At the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France, the Best International Song Award was given to Katy Perry for “I Kissed A Girl.” Unfortunately, her celebration did not last long. The show's host later reveals that the award was suppose to go to Rihanna.

The host, Nikos Aliagas, announced the blunder at the end of France’s biggest music award ceremony. He explains that the winner was suppose to be Rihanna for her "Disturbia."

Although Perry did lose her Best International Song Award, she did get the Best International Album for "One of the Boys."

Britney Spears, the Pussycat Dolls, Enrique Iglesias, and the Jonas Brothers also won awards.

That was certainly a let down for Katy Perry. She still has one award though.

Kendra Wilkinson, former Girl Next Door, talked about her relationship with Hugh Hefner and apologizes for comments she made about living at the mansion during an interview. Wilkinson tells E! News, "I'm more upset at myself with what I said."

In an interview earlier this week, Wilkinson "dished" on Hef's "lifestyle" and revealed details about her cheating on Hef and also about his curfew times.

"I'm really bad at interviews and anyone who knows me knew I meant no harm," she said. "I'm a goofball. Mostly I'm very sorry to have hurt Hef. Playboy made me who I am and Hef has done more for me than anyone else."

Wilkinson said that she drove up to the mansion to apologize to Hef and the staff personally. When asked about how he reacted, she said he was hurt by what she said. "Hef understands me better than anyone and loves me no matter what. I am very thankful for him."

She goes on saying how she wanted to interview to come out. "I mostly wanted the article to reveal how I am trying to live my life now that I'm engaged to Hank (Baskett)." She continues, "I was hoping to come across more conservative and show my fans that I'm growing up naturally."

When asked about her infidelity to Hef, she says she did not mean to be so blunt about it. "I said I snuck sex every now and again and I can't take that back."

As for her relationship with the other former girlfriends, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, Wilkinson personally apologized to them as well. "We are all doing so great these days, everyone is happy and doing their own thing."

She adds that she is happy for Madison and her current love, Criss Angel.

Former Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson is speaking up about her relationship with Hugh Hefner. No longer with the iconic Playboy, Kendra is apologizing for comments she made about her time spent living at the mansion with fellow girlfriends Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.

Amanda Bynes and baseball player Doug Reinhardt broke up according to Byne's rep, Melissa Raubvogel. "I can confirm that Amanda broke up with Doug," said Raubvogel.

Bynes was seen last week at the GBK gifting suite in Los Angeles and looked upset. According to a source, she was telling people that she and Reinhardt had broken up.

On Wednesday night, Bynes was seen at Guy's Lounge with some girlfriends and an unidentified guy who never left her side. On the same night, Reinhardt was seen by an witness at the Crown Bar with a bunch of ladies. He even kissed one.

A source close to Reinhardt said, "Doug is so over being with her." On the other hand, a source close to Bynes said that on Thursday morning, Bynes went to Reinhardt's house demanding her stuff. "[She] stormed out saying it was over and she was done," says the source.

It almost sounds like high school again.

Jennifer Hudson Will Sing National Anthem At Super Bowl

Jennifer Hudson will be singing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. This will be her first performance since the tragedy of her family in October. NFL spokesman, Brian McCarthy had confirmed this to the Associated Press.

Her Super Bowl performance will come just days her scheduled performance at the MusiCares Person of the Year gala in Los Angeles on Feb. 6. She will be singing songs of Neil Diamond.

Hudson has been in seclusion since her mother, brother, and nephew were murdered in Chicago.

It is good that she is coming back out. It shows that she is moving on.

New "American Idol" Judge, Kara DioGuardi Talks About Attack On "Bikini Girl"

New American Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi, has no regrets arguing with contestant, Katrina Darrell, aka "Bikini Girl," on Tuesday night.

On Ryan Seacrest's radio show, DioGuardi says, "I love pretty girls. The thing with bikini girl — to be honest, I thought she had a better body than she had a better face."

Darrell and DioGuardi went at it after Darrell sang Mariah Carey's "Vision of Love." Judges, Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson sent her through while DioGuardi said Darrell did not have "swing." DioGuardi resang the song for Darrell telling her how it should be sang but Darrell snapped back, "your demonstration wasn't any better."

DioGuardi did say to Seacrest, "To her credit, she's gotten so much attention. It was probably a good call to wear the bikini at the end of the day." She continues, "But we wouldn't be talking about the bikini if she killed the song."

When Seacrest asked DioGuardi if she would send a "pretty" girl through before a "cute" girl, she said,
"It's hard to say. But pretty and cute ... they're important. It's a visual medium. You're going to see people on the covers and in the press."

"Of course, I want a pretty girl," she said, "but I'm not just looking for a pretty girl; I'm looking for an incredible voice, great stage presence. I'm a big champion of women. I’m not the kind of woman who’s going to drag a woman down."

"I vote for women," DioGuardi said. "I love women and want them to succeed."

I think they let "Bikini Girl" through just by her looks.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel got married on Saturday. The two said their vows at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu under magnolia trees filled with thousands of white roses.

Fergie wore a Dolce & Gabbana gown carrying a bouquet of white flowers studded with crystals. The couple exchanged H. Stern rings engraved with personal messages.

Some of the guests were, Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell, Mario Lopez, Stacy Keibler, Kid Rock, Slash, Kate Hudson (Fergie's costar in her upcoming movie Nine), the members of Black Eyed Peas including will.i.am, and Duhamel's Las Vegas costars James Caan, Molly Sims and Vanessa Marcil.

The two look cute together. I wish them the best. Congrats!!

Ryan Seacrest Speaks Out About Golden Globe Diss By Angelina Jolie

Ryan Seacrest talked about Angelina Jolie dissing him on the red carpet at the the Golden Globe Awards on his KIIS-FM radio show Monday. On Sunday at the Golden Globe Awards, Seacrest got next to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for an interview on E!'s pre-show. "Hi, guys. Brad? Angelina?" he said, but they ignored him.

On his radio show he says, "I don't think Angelina thinks I'm that important," he said on his show Monday. "I don't think I'm top of mind for Brad and Angelina. I honestly don't believe they'd know who I was if I walked over there."

Guest Perez Hilton told Seacrest that that was impossible because Seacrest hosts the No. 1 show, American Idol. Seacrest replied, "Yeah...but they live in France!"

Jolie and Pitt did stop for NBC's Billy Bush, but Seacrest said, "there's an NBC deal there. NBC hosted the Globes, and they have a deal to talk to the people who come to the Globes.

The radio host continues, "Here's what I realized when I went down there. I realized quickly that it's against the rules to walk down onto the carpet from the platform."

Seacrest goes on, "Then we went back down there and caught up with Tom Cruise, who I think is a terrific guy. I think he's really cool." He continues, "By the way, have you seen his skin tone up close lately? You should!"

Jolie might have some beef against Seacrest though. At the 2004 Golden Globes, Seacrest had asked Jolie what she fed her children that day. She icily replied, "Cereal-we made cereal." He later called her "cold" for being so unresponsive. Jolie's mother, Marcheline Bertrand, was on her death bed at the time.

They blatantly ignored him on the red carpet.

Blake Fielder-Civil Wants To Divorce Amy Winehouse For Adultery

Blake Fielder-Civil, husband of Amy Winehouse, started divorce proceedings against her. "I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery," said Fielder-Civil's lawyer, Henri Brandman.

Fielder-Civil's mother, Georgette was the one who contacted, Brandman on her son's behalf since he is in jail.

Fielder-Civil and Winehouse have been through a lot and this is the second time in six weeks a split have been mentioned.

Mrs Civil said, "It will go through this time, it will go ahead."

There are no comments from Winehouse's rep, Chris Goodman.

Amy Winehouse have been vacationing in St. Lucia. She has been seen with a hunky rugby player.

Maybe Amy can finally get the help she needs... or just remain a mess.

Heath Ledger's Golden Globe Award To Be Received By His Daughter

Heath Ledger's mother said that Heath's daughter, Matilda, is expected to receive Heath's first ever Golden Globe award. In an interview with People, Heath's mother, Sally Bell, said, "I should imagine that eventually it will be going to Matilda." She continues, "At this stage she is only so young, but down the track she will have all these things. It will belong to her because she is part of him."

Bell also said that her family is "bursting with pride" over Heath's award for his role of Joker in "The Dark Knight."

Sally Bell says, "It is such a fantastic and wonderful legacy for his daughter. Matilda will have so many people who will be able to speak to her about her father's abilities and [the] respect he had in the industry. That is such a wonderful legacy to leave."

Patrick Swayze Checks Himself Into Hospital

Patrick Swayze has pneumonia and has checked himself into a hospital for observation yesterday. At a press event for the Television Critics Association in Los Angeles, president of A&E, Abbe Raven said, "As we arrived here this morning we have some news." Raven continues, "Patrick Swayze has checked himself into the hospital. However, he asked us specifically to go forward with today's panel. We wish him the very best with his recovery."

Bob DeBitetto, the president and general manager of A&E, delivered the news that Swayze had decided to check himself into the hospital after he came down with pneumonia.

Swayze is still battling pancreatic cancer according to a source close to the star. "Patrick is undergoing treatment and he's still fighting," said the source. "He felt so bad that he couldn't be at the TCAs. He's fighting and doing well, and that's all anybody can hope for at this stage. He is not at death's door. Nobody ever knows with cancer, but he's doing alright. As soon as he's out, he's going to try to reschedule as much as he can."

In an interview with Barbara Walters, Swayze describes his battle with cancer. "You can bet that I'm going through hell," he said. "And I've only seen the beginning of it."

Even though it has been a rough year, Swayze is not giving up. "I keep dreaming of a future, a future with a long and healthy life," he said, "not lived in the shadow of cancer, but in the light."

Lisa Bonet Welcomes New Baby Boy

Lisa Bonet, star of "Life On Mars," and her husband, Jason Momoa, welcomed a baby boy. The baby's name is Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa.

Jason Momoa's mother wrote on his official site's message board explaining what influenced the baby's name. She wrote, “He was born on the stormest (sic), rainy night.” She also wrote, “Nakoa (warrior)… Mana (strength/spirit) Kaua (rain) po (dark)… The [first] name was always going to be Nakoa-Wolf.”

This is Bonet's second child with Momoa. They also have a daughter, Lola Iolani who was born in July 2007. Bonet also has a 20 year old daughter, Zoe, with ex-husband Lenny Kravitz.

I'm all for unique names but this is a little too much.

Paris Hilton Says She's Only "Done It" With Two Guys

In the UK edition of Glamour magazine, Paris Hilton is claiming that she is not promiscuous. “I’ve only ever done it with a couple of people,” says Hilton.

The celebutante have dated Greek shipping heirs Paris Latsis, who she was previously engaged to, Stavros Niarchos, and recently Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden.

Paris Hilton claims that rumors of her promiscuous sex life was just rumors. She says, “People make up stories, but mostly I just kiss.” She tells the magazine that she maintains respect in her relationship by refusing to have sex.

“I think it’s important to play hard to get,” she said. “Nobody wants the fake Prada bag — they want the brand new bag that no one can get and is the most expensive. If you give it up to a guy he won’t respect you,” she continued. “He’ll want you much more if he can’t have you.”

Somehow I do not believe a word she says.

Brad Pitt Talks About Jennifer Aniston Vs. Angelina Jolie

In an interview with W magazine, Brad Pitt sets the record straight about the supposedly Jennifer Aniston Vs. Angelina Jolie fight. In a comment to Vogue magazine, Aniston called Jolie "really uncool" for revealing how Jolie couldn't wait to go to work with the married costar of Mr. & Mrs Smith, Brad Pitt. Pitt tells W magazine, "Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It's so created."

He also says of Aniston, "We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be [that]. That's life, man. That's life."

Pit then talks about what took place off camera with Jolie during filming of Mr. & Mrs Smith. He says, "What people don't understand is that we filmed for a year. We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't." He adds, "I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that's all."

I wonder if there really is no hard feelings between Jen and Angelina.

Alyssa Milano's rep has confirmed to People that she is engaged. Her fiance, David Bugliari, is an agent at the Creative Arts Agency. They have been dating for more than a year.

The ring Bugliar proposed with was designed by himself. It was then made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla.

No wedding date has been announced yet.

Milano was previously married to Cinjun Tate. The two split in 1999.

That is creative of him to design his own ring. Congrats to the two of you.

New Baby Girl For Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck welcomed their new baby girl this week. A rep for Garner tells People that she has given birth. “Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl,” said the rep. There are no other information yet about the baby girl.

This will be the couple's second child together. They also have a 3 year old daughter, Violet.

A source close to the couple said, "They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement." The source continues, "They're both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them."

The two got engaged in November 2007 after two years of dating.

There have been no comments from reps of both Hewitt and McCall.

I didn't expect this. I thought they would stay together.

Tim Allen and his wife, Jane Hajduk will be expecting their first child together says a rep for Allen to People. “Tim and Jane are ecstatic about the upcoming birth of their first child together,” the actor’s rep, Marleah Leslie, said.

Tim and Jane were married in October 2006 and have appeared in two movies together, "Zoom" and "The Shaggy Dog."

This will be Tim Allen's second child. He has a 19 year old daughter, Katherine, with his first wife, Laura Diebel. The baby is die this spring.

Singers, Katy Perry and Travis McCoy, breaks up. The two vacationed together in Mexico for the holidays but broke up before the New Year.

On Dec 31, the Gym Class Heroes frontman, McCoy writes on his FriendsOrEnemies.com blog lyrics to a break up song, "Looking at the Front Door."

He also posted a message about his laptop: "My Laptop is my new b–. LOYAL. LISTENS. and NEVER LET'S ME DOWN."

Katy Perry on the same day performed at the Gridlock New Year's Eve party on the Paramount lot. A partygoer says, "She hung out with her friends all night. She was in a great mood. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary."

The two got serious after more than a year of friendship and casual dating. McCoy even bought a "promise ring" for Perry while he wore a silver band with the word "Katy" written on it.

After reading the lyrics on Travis' blog, I wonder if it was really that bad.

John Travolta's Son Dies

The 16 year old son of John Travolta, Jett, died after suffering a seizure at a hotel in the Bahamas. The seizure caused Jett to fall and hit his head on the bathtub. The family was vacationing at the Bahama Bay hotel on the Grand Bahama island.

An attorney for the Travolta family, Michael Ossi, later confirms the death of Jett. “Attempts were made to revive him, but he died at the scene,” said Ossi. Ossi also said that Jett had a history of seizures.

Efforts were made to revive the teenager but he died at the scene. Jett was later taken to Rand Memorial Hospital in the Bahamas.

Jett was the oldest of the two children of John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston. They also have a 8 year old daughter, Ella Bleu.

My heart goes out to the Travolta family.
