Murder Weapon of Jennifer Hudson's Family Case Found

A .45 caliber gun found near the body of Julian King is the same weapon used to kill Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother. On Wednesday, police officers found a .45 caliber handgun in thick weeds in an alley about a block from where Julian King was found. The weapon was sent to Illinois State Police crime lab for analysis. Bullets in the gun matched the shell casings found at the house where Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were shot and killed.

Julian King was taken from the house and his body was found three days later. King was also shot with a .45 caliber gun.

I'm glad they are making some progress with this case.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Thinking About A "Simple" Wedding...When Ready

According to OK! Magazine, a friend of the Jolie-Pitt family told OK! that “Angelina has always toyed with the idea of getting married to Brad.” The friend also said, “She’s always followed her gut instincts in life, love and family. As the kids get older and they add to their brood, they want to make as few complications as possible.”

When the time is right, the couple will do their wedding their own way. “They’ll wake up one morning and know it’s the right time,” the friend told the mag. “With everything that they do, the decisions they make are for the greater good of the children and the family.”

In the October issue of Italian Vanity Fair, Angelina told the magazine, “Sooner or later it will be the kids who ask us [to get married],” She also adds, “You know, they see films and start asking questions. Such as, ‘Why are Shrek and Fiona married and you’re not?’”

The family friend also told OK! that their wedding will not be a big wedding but a simple one.

When those two do get married, I'm sure everyone will want to know about it.

Jennifer Hudson's Nephew, Julian King, Died of Multiple Gunshot Wounds

According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King died from multiple gunshot wounds. They have also ruled the death as a homicide. The Medical Examiner's spokesman, Sean Howard, told reporters that they are not releasing any other information because there may still be a criminal out there.

So far, William Balfour, King's stepfather, remains in custody on a parole violation. He is considered a "person of interest" in the shooting of Donerson and Hudson, but no charges have been made. When asked if Balfour is also a person of interest in King's death, spokesman for the Chicago Police Department, Monique Bond, said, "It's all one investigation."

Currently the investigation is still going on.

I sure hope they find the criminal soon and serve him justice.

"Foo Fighter's" Dave Grohl and Wife, Jordyn Blum Expecting Second Child

Member of the Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum are expecting their second child according to a rep for Grohl. The couple have are already parents to a daughter, Violet Maye, who was born on April 15, 2006.

Before Violet was born, Grohl would play tunes for her. He has said she "likes The Beatles. Doesn't really get down to The Beach Boys. Digs Mozart."

Before forming the Foo Fighters, Grohl was the drummer for Nirvana before the breakup after Kurt Cobain's death.

Grohl and Blum have been married since Agust 2003.

Body of Jennifer Hudson's Nephew Found

Chicago police officials announced Monday (Oct. 27, 2008) afternoon that the body of a 7-year-old boy, found in an SUV on the South Side of Chicago Monday morning, has been identified as Julian King, nephew of Jennifer Hudson. Hudson was the one who identified the body. A spokesperson for the Chicago Medical Examiner's office told reporters, “She came in strong, very solemn.”

Like his grandmother and uncle, Julian was shot. An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday.

Julian was discovered to be missing on Friday as news of Jennifer's mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason, were shot and killed in their home. An Amber Alert was issued for Julian. Authorities at the time believed he was with his stepfather, William Balfour. They apprehended Balfour late Friday night but julian was not with him. Julian was found inside Jason Hudson's white SUV in the 1300 block of S. Kolin Avenue on Chicago's South Side at around 8 A.M.

I wish that this did not happen.

Former "American Idol" Jennifer Hudson's Mother and Brother Found Dead

Investigations are underway after Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were found dead in the family's home in Chicago's South Side on Friday, Oct 24, 2008. Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson, were found shot and killed.

Police told Access Hollywood that the incident may be related to a domestic disturbance. They also issued an Amber Alert for Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, Julian King. The police have named William Balfour “a suspect in the double homicide.” Balfour was taken into custody and is being questioned. Julian was not with the suspect when the police found the suspect.

Jennifer Hudson was in Florida at the time of the incident.

My heart goes out to Jennifer and her family.

Meet Sasha Fierce, the former Destiny's Child member. She is releasing her third album, I Am... Sasha Fierce on Nov. 18. Sasha is also known as Beyoncé Knowles. "I have someone else that takes over when it's time for me to work and when I'm on stage, this alter ego that I've created that kind of protects me and who I really am," said Knowles in a statement.

According to Knowles, Sasha has fewer inhibitions than Knowles herself. "Sasha Fierce is the fun, more sensual, more aggressive, more outspoken side and more glamorous side that comes out when I'm working and when I'm on the stage."

Beyonce Knowles also adds that her alter-ego, allows her to take more risks and reveal a side of her that only people who know her see.

That's something I never knew about her.

Miley Cyrus Talks About Rumors Of Her Dating

Early this morning (Thursday Oct. 23 2008), Miley Cyrus joined Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, "On Air With Ryan Seacrest." During the interview, Seacrest outright asks Cyrus if she was dating the 20-year-old underwear model, Justin Gaston. She did not confirm she is dating Gaston but she did counter Seacrest with, “Why do you want to know? Do you have a crush on me?” When asked if she could date, she said that she is allowed to date Gaston.

“Yes, but I just think that right now everything is really good so I haven’t been really answering the question much,” Miley said. “We’re just really happy with… the way that everything’s worked out and he’s really been a really great friend.”

Besides being a "really great Christian guy," Gastton has been there for her when she needed him, according to Cyrus. “He’s gone through stuff and I’ve gone through stuff… and I think it’s really awesome that we kind of have that in common, that we can talk about it and we understand,” she said. “I’m totally gushing right now.”

Miely Cyrus also told Seacrest the reason Gaston and her get along so well is because he understands the price of fame. “It’s really hard for people who aren’t in the public eye to understand what it’s like to feel like so many people are judging you and people are gossiping about you at your school, they gossip about you all over the Internet,” she said. “It’s really hard for people to know what that’s like and I think it’s really cool that me and him have that relationship where we can talk about it because he gets it.”

As for the parents, they approve of Justin Gaston.

I think they're dating but just trying to keep it under the radar.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, Expecting Twins

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller, are expecting twin boys. In a statement to OK! magazine, Sheen said, “I’m already the proud father of three beautiful daughters, and I’m delighted that they’ll now have two little brothers.” The couple announced the pregnancy in August but did not say that they were expecting twins.

Brooke's mother, Moira Fiore, told People that she was "floating on air," after hearing the news. Brooke was feeling the same thing.

Charlie Sheen better not end up divorcing again and start leaving a trail of children.

Former "Power Rangers" Actor Guilty Of Murder

Skylar Deleon, a former Mighty Morphin Power Rangers actor, was found guilty of three counts of first-degree murder with special circumstances for financial gain and multiple victims according to The Associated Press. Deleon was convicted by a jury in Orange County, California, for murdering three people.

Deleon's victims were an Arizona couple who were selling their 55-foot yacht. The couple, Tom Hawks, 57, and wife Jackie, 47, were last seen in November 2004 after setting sail on their yacht with Deleon. Deleon was a potential buyer for their yacht. Prosecutors say that Deleon and two other men sailed with the couple for a test cruise as potential buyers of the boat. The couple were forced to sign over ownership of the boat. Their bodies were then tied to an anchor and tossed overboard. The bodies of Tom and Jackie were never found.

Another victim of Deleon's was a Anaheim resident, Jon Jarvi. Deleon and Jarvi met while in a work furlough program while serving time for burglary. Deleon was charged for slitting Jarvi's throat in Mexico after $50,000 was given to Deleon by Jarvi.

Deleon's lawyer, Gary Pohlson conceded to the jury t hat Deleon was guilty of all three murders, but he argues that Deleon should not be put to death.

I hope he gets what he deserves.

Nick (Hogan) Bollea Released From Prison

Early Tuesday morning, Nick Bollea, Hulk Hogan's son, was released from Pinellas County jail in Clearwater Fla. Nick had spent 8 months behind bars for causing a serious traffic accident.

He was met by his sister Brooke and flashed a peace sign as he left the facility. He had no comments for the reporters.

Nick pleaded no contest in May to causing the accident in August 2007. The smashup happended when Nick raced down a busy street and crashed his father's car. His friend and former Marine who served in Iraq, John Graziano was in the passenger seat. Graziano received critcal injuries from the accident. Nick could of faced five years in prison but Graziano's family requested a lesser sentence. The family had threatened legal action against the Hogans. They also established a foundation to help their son.

I hope Nick learned his leasson and be a more responsible driver.

During the BET Hip-Hop Awards, Lil Wayne announced that he will be expecting his first son. "I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me," said the rapper during his acceptance speech for lyrcist of the year.

Lil Wayne also said that he will be releasing a new version of his album The Carter III. The album was released in June but Lil Wayne has some new songs for the album.

Besides, lyricist of the year, Lil Wayne was also nominated for twelve other nominations. He also won the People's Champ Award and MVP of the Year. He dedicated the award to his daughter Reginae.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, Nelly Furtado confirmed that she and sound engineer Demacio "Demo" Castellon married over the summer. "We got married July 19th," she said. "I love it."

Furtado had been seen wearing a new diamond ring which started rumors that she got married. "I just feel kind of free and relaxed and more in tune with trying not to be so stressed out," she said. "[I'm] trying to enjoy things a little more." She also adds, "I'm happy ... I'm excited about the future."

The two worked together on her 2006 album, Loose and got engaged last year.

Kevin Costner and his wife, Christine Baumgartner, are expecting their second child. The actor/director and Baumgartner, have a son together who is 17 months old. Costner also has four other children from two previous relationships.

Costner and Baumgartner married on Sept. 25, 2004. In an interview with Parade magazine, Costner revealed his fear of remarrying and having more children. For years, fear kept me from marrying Christine," he said. "Christine wanted a child, but I was afraid I couldn't be an effective father."

He changed his mind when he thought to himself, "'Am I going to lose a beautiful woman who is willing to be with me to my very last breath because I am afraid to say yes to a child?' That's all it took. I decided that I was not going to miss out on love."

Madonna and Guy Ritchie Confirm Divorce

Arep for Madonna have confirmed that Madonna and her husband of seven-and-a-half years, Guy Ritchie are getting divorced.

"The main concern for Madonna and Guy are their children – the security of their children in all senses of the word and the wellbeing of their children," rep Liz Rosenberg tells PEOPLE. "That's the priority for both of them moving forward. It's a sad situation."

The two have two children together, Rocco, 8, and David, 3. Madonna also have a 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous marriage with Carlos Leon. The divorce was annouced in a statement.

In the statement, the former couple have requested that the media maintain respect for their family. The statement also said they have not agreed to a settlement yet.

"The judgment of the court would be to try and assess what they came in with and divide what they built up fairly equally," said David Allison, a lawyer with Family Law in Partnership, a London firm, told the Associated Press.

I wonder if A-Rod will move in on Madonna now since they both are divorcing.

David Duchovny And Tea Leoni Separated

David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni released a statement Wednesday saying that they have separated and have been for several months.

"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months," the statement says. "The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."

The two married back in 1997 and have two children since. daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

Duchovny voluntarily entered rehab last summer for sex addiction. He completed rehab earlier this month.

I'm guessing the whole sex addiction thing was the reason for the separation.

Leanne Marshall, the 27-year-old designer from Portland Oregon, won the fifth season of Project Runway. For the first time in Project Runway's history, the last contestants were all female. Marshall emerged the top beating Korto Momolu and Kenley Collins.

So for the rundown of the show. The first to go was Kenley. Her collection was inspired by "Alice In Wonderland." Early in the episode, she and Tim Gunn had an argument. Gunn in the end had to fill in as a judge when Jennifer Lopez had to cancel. Koto came in second whose collection was inspired by nature.

Leanne's collection was inspired by waves and the ocean. At the start of the season, she did not do very well but as time went on she started winning challenges. Eventually she won the whole thing.

I'm glad Kenley didn't win. She just could not take criticism at all.

According to a source, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are giving their relationship another go after splitting up in August. The two met up at a Ray LaMontagne concert in Boston on Friday. Mayer was in town teaching a music class at his alma mater, the Berklee College of Music. The two then flew to New York for the weekend.

The reason they broke up according to the source, was because Aniston wanted a bigger commitment from Mayer and a baby.

Lisa Marie Presley and her rocker husband, Michael Lockwood, welcomed her twins on Oct 7, 2008. The twins weighed 5lbs, 15oz, and 5lbs 2oz. Presley named her children, Finley and Harper and are "happy and healthy and resting at home," according to Presley's rep.

Her twins are not the only ones in the family who are twins. According to Presley's mother, Priscilla, her dad, Elvis was also a twin. Priscilla also has younger twin brothers.

Twins Vying For A Spot At Hef's Mansion Has Rep Sheet

Word has shown up yesterday that the 19-year-old twins who are trying to get a permanent spot in Hugh Hefner's mansion, Karissa and Kristina Shannon, were recently on probation in Florida for aggravated battery. According to E!, the arrests was a result of self-defense.

From the police report, Karissa told the police that a coworker's boyfriend, Ben, physically attacked her twin while at a party at their coworker's apartment. Ben and Kristina had an arguement then. Here is what Karissa said, "Ben was calling Kristina names and making her cry. Ben hit Kristina. He then hit her with a beer bottle."

Their coworker and girlfriend of Ben, Erica, then joined in and hit Kristina in the "mouth, head and nose." This is when Karissa pulled Erica's hair to get her away from Kristina. This resulted in the coworker running into the wall and falling over. This all happened after Ben tried to sell Xanax according to the police report.

The twins pleaded no contest to the aggravated battery and paid Erica more than $7,000. They were also sentenced to probation which expired last Wednesday leaving them free to compete for the a spot at the Playboy Mansion.

This was not the first time Karissa was arrested for battery. In November of 2007, Karissa was arrested for suspicion of misdemeanor battery. The victim was her own twin Kristina who got kicked in the face.

Oh come on, Hef can do better than this.

Nick Cannon, celebrated his 28th birthday early on Tuesday night with his wife, Mariah Carey. The actor Deejayed at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas for his birthday bash. While Deejaying, he took time to give a "shout out to my beautiful wife in the building."

Later that night, Carey had a cake brought out for Cannon which got a "Thank you, my love," from Cannon over the microphone.

the two have been staying at the Bellagio since Saturday. they were in Vegas to shoot Carey's new video.

I'm still kind of in shock that those two are married. What can you say, when you're in love, you're in love.

Hugh Hefner and Holly Madison Over?

From the show, Girls Next Door, Holly Madison told a TMZ cameraman that she and Hugh Hefner are not together. When the cameraman asked Madison if she can get Hef into an upcoming Halloween bash at teh Playboy mansion, she replied, "I have no pull anymore. Hef and I aren't together."

Although she said she and Hef are no longer together, she did say that she, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt are still filming together. They are still filming the sixth season of Girls Next Door together.

Holly Madison's comment just came out days after Hef denied reports of the two of them splitting. Last month, Hef told Usmagazine that their relationship was "in transition."

Hef said, "I love her very much, but you know, she wants very much to get married and have children. That isn’t very much in the cards for me," he adds. "So there has to be a certain reality there."

I wonder if Hef will get another girlfriend?

In an interview, that was originally for a major fashion magazine, Jennifer Lopez talks about different topics. The interview went out at Lopez's request. It has now surfaced online at the Daily Beast.

In the interview, Lopez talks about her nervous breakdown while filming Enough. "There was a time when I was very overworked and I was doing music and movies and so many things. I was suffering from a lack of sleep. And I did have a kind of nervous breakdown. I froze up on a set. Well, not on a set, but in my trailer. I was like, 'I don't want to move. I don't want to talk. I don't want to do anything'...Yeah. I did. I had a nervous breakdown."

She even talked about Scientology saying she knows a lot about it and its practices. She is not a follower but have no problems with it. She is friends with Scientologists, Tom Cruise and Leah Remini. She even considered sending her two twins, Emme and Max, to a Scientology school saying that the technology there will be helpful.

As for the decision to pose on the cover of People magazine with her kids for $6 million, this is what she said: "I think one of the reasons the price went so high is that we didn't want to do it for so long...We weren't into it. I was like, 'No, I don't really want to. No. No way.' But then it got to the point that you go, 'Well, now you're being stupid with these offers.' I thought, I can set them up. I can put this away just for them. We gave a little bit and I saved the rest for them."

I'm pretty sure Jennifer Lopez is not very happy that this interview was leaked out to the public.

Miley Cyrus' Sweet Sixteen Bash

Miley Cyrus may turn 16 on Nov. 23, but that does not stop her from throwing a huge sweet sixteen party. Miley had her celebration Sunday night at Disneyland closing the park down for her. Some of her friends that attended were, Tyra Banks, David Archuleta and Demi Lovato.

Justin Gaston, whom rumors are saying that he and Miley are a couple, was also at the birthday bash. Gaston even sang “Achy Breaky Heart” along with, Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, and older sister, Brandi.

The present Miley loved the most was a Maltipoo (cross between a Maltese and a poodle) named Sophie.

When the crowd sang ahppy birthday to Miley, Gaston looked adoringly. Later when the fireworks were going off, Miley pulls him closer whaile they watched.

So how did Miley like the party? this is what she said, "This is the most amazing sweet 16 that a girl could have!"

I wish I could have Disneyland all to myself. So is Gaston her boyfriend or not? we'll see.

Under the tattoos of the birth coordinates of her children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh, are two new coordinates. Jolie has inked the coordinates of the French birthplace of her twins twice on her left arm under the shoulder along with her other children.

That is an interesting way of remembering where your child was born. I wonder if they will have more children? she might end up with a sleeve of tattoos of coordinates.

Howard Stern Married Again

Howard Stern and his longtime girlfriend, Beth Ostrosky, finally tied the knot in New York City on Friday night. Those who attended the ceremony included, Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel and wife Katie Lee, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman and Stern's radio co-host, Robin Quivers.

The couple were officiated by Kelly Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos. Billy Joel sang two songs and Chevy Chase delivered a raunchy roast, according to a guest.

A friend of Stern, Dominic Barbara said, "The vows were from each others' hearts. It was gentle and soft and beautiful. People were crying."

This is the first marriage for Ostrosky, 36, and the second for Stern, 54.

I didn't think Howard Stern would marry again. they have been together for a while so it has to be about time. Congrats to both of you!

"Dancing With The Stars," Season 5 Winner, Helio Castroneves, Facing Charges For Tax Evasion

The winner of season 5's Dancing With the Stars and pro-race car driver, Helio Castroneves is facing federal indictment charges. Castroneves is facing 7 charges, one for conspiracy and the six others for tax evasion. Katiucia Castroneves, Helio's sister and business manager is also facing charges as well as his attorney, Alan Miller.

The driver is accused of having earned $600,000 for a deal with Coimex, a Brazilian import and export company, but reporting only $50,000 of it. The U.S. officials also claim that, Helio's sister and lawyer “engaged in a scheme to avoid paying taxes on $5,000,000.” Helio, his sister, and his lawyer, allegedly developed a “deferred royalty plan,” according to officials. The three had Penske, who Helio races for, to send money to an offshore company.

Helio and Katiucia Castroneves face a maximum of five years in prison on the conspiracy charge and five years in prison on each of the six tax evasion counts. This totals 35 potential years in prison for the two. Alan Miller is only listed on 4of the 7 charges and could face 20 years.

Despite heated debates on The View between Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her co-hosts, Hasselbeck is not going anywhere. The rumors of Hasselbeck leaving the show is false. A rep for Hasselbeck states, While Elisabeth has a great relationship with Fox News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving ‘The View.’” The rep also adds, “Elisabeth is passionate in her beliefs and enjoys being a part of this dynamic group of women and engaging in daily conversations.”

A rep from ABC says that they feel the same. “Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, executive producers of ‘The View,’ consider Elisabeth to be vital to the program,” said the ABC rep to Access in a statement.

Hasselbeck has been on the show since 2003 and she has been in many debates over political issues with her co-hosts.

I don't think ABC would let her go. The show would not be the same without her. Their debates are quite interesting to watch sometimes.

D.A. Reviewing Evidence of Heather Locklear's DUI Arrest

So far, no charges have been filed yet for Heather Locklear since the DUI arrest this weekend. The Santa Barbara District Attorney Office is reviewing the evidence. Locklear was arrested last Saturday on suspicion of a DUI. According to the incident report, a "concerned citizen" notified the CHP of Locklear. It turns out that the "concerned citizen" is actually a former Us Weekly staffer who sold pictures of the arrest. The former Us Weekly staffer told the dispatcher that Locklear seemed drunk. According to E!, a new witness has appeared and told E! that Locklear did not look drunk at all. "She seemed to be acting normal, totally normal. She was just really messy, but not drunk," said Santa Barbara resident Alex Paillon, who spotted Locklear in a shopping center moments before her arrest.

The CHP did not see any signs of Locklear being drunk but she did look like she was under the influence of some drug. She was tested and prosecutors are awaiting results. It will take two to three weeks for the results to come in. Once the results come back, the D.A will make a decision on whether to file charges or not.

Meanwhile, the attorney of Jill Ishkanian, the former Us Weekly staffer who took the photos of Locklear's arrest, said that Ishkanian did nothing wrong following Locklear, phoning in about the DUI, and then taking pictures and selling them.

Jill Ishkanian must of known it was Heather Locklear but she did not mention who it was when she called 911. Sounds like Ishkanian just wanted a photo opportunity.
