Shia LaBeouf May Not Be At Fault For Crash

Early Sunday morning of July 27,2008, Shia Labeouf flipped his truck in West Hollywood. Labeouf was making a left turn when the accident happened. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, there is strong evidence that the other driver ran a red light.

This does not mean Labeouf is off the hook though. When authorities arrived at the scene of the accident, Labeouf showed signs of intoxication and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Still, Labeouf has not yet been formally charged with any crime.

Labeouf, his passenger and costar Isabel Lucas, and the other driver did not sustain serious injury. Labeouf did have to undergo surgery on his left hand.

They were lucky that no one was seriously hurt. No one should be driving after they drinking. Why is it that people think they can do it. Here is a reason why no one should do it.
