Richard Quest the CNN journalist was arrested for meth

Richard Quest the CNN journalist was arrested on friday morning at 3:40 am (park was already closed). He was at New Yorks Central Park for possession of meth and loitering.

According to the New York Post:
CNN personality Richard Quest was busted in Central Park early yesterday with some drugs in his pocket, a rope around his neck that was tied to his genitals, and a sex toy in his boot, law-enforcement sources said.

Where did he think of the sick idea of tying a rope around his neck to his genitals? I find this man really disgusting and disturbing.
