Woody Harrelson and girlfriend Laura Louie got married in Maui on Sunday Dec 28, 2008. The two of them have been together for 20 years. Guests at the ceremony included, Owen Wilson, Willie Nelson, and Sean Penn. Alanis Morissette sang at the ceremony.

A rep for Harrelson told Usmagazine, “Woody Harrelson and Laura Louie were officially married yesterday on the island of Maui. The ceremony was attended by family and friends. The couple have been together 20 years and are the proud parents of three daughters.”

The ceremony took place near Harrelson's home in Kipahulu Maui. Before the wedding, there was a Hawaiian chant and blessing by the Hawaiian minister. Louie, 43, wore a white wedding dress, while 47-year-old Harrelson wore cream-colored slacks and an aloha print short-sleeved shirt.

The couple met on the set of "Cheers" in 1987 and fell in love.

It's nice to see couples that have been together for so long. Congrats!!

Bristol Palin Gives Birth To Baby Boy

Bristol Palin, the teenage daughter of former Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, gave birth on Sunday. Bristol's pregnancy was announced during the campaign. The baby boy is named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston and weighed in at 7 lbs and 4 oz. The baby was born in Palmer Alaska.

Bristol is currently finishing high school through correspondence courses. Her fiance, Levi Johnston is studying to become an electrician.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are planning to wed in 2009.

Congrats to the two of them and I hope they take good care of the child and themselves.

Instead of selling photos of their son Bronx Mowgli Wentz to the magazines, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson posted their first photo of Bronx on their website on Christmas Day.

On the website, FriendsOrEnemies.com, the picture is shown in the form of a Holiday E-card. It shows Ashlee cradling Bronx while Pete kissing him. On the picture read, “Happy Holidays to all of our friends! Love Pete, Ashlee and Bronx.” It also said, “We decided to share the best gift we could ever receive with you: Bronx Mowgli Wentz. We couldn’t be happier. And in the spirit of the holidays, we’d like to encourage you to give on your own.”

Holly Madison Says She Will Propose To Criss Angel

Holly Madison and Criss Angel are getting serious but Angel doesn't seem to be popping the question soon. In an interview with Usmagazine.com, Madison says she has made Angel a paper ring. "I actually made Criss a paper ring, but he won’t wear it." She also adds, "When he starts wearing his paper ring, I will be the one to propose."

Angel then tells Usmagazine, "You know, what Holly and I have is really something that money can’t buy. She is enough for me."

The two got together in October after Madison broke up with Hugh Hefner.

As for their plans for the holidays, "We are going to spend it here in Las Vegas," Angel said. "I have a private room booked for dinner and then we are going to go out." Their parents will also be joining them. This will be the first time the families met. Angel recently shared his list of what he wants for Christmas: health, happiness and love. "Those are the three things that you can't buy and the three things, in my opinion, that are the most important in life," he said.

Spencer Pratt Will Not Legalize Marriage With Heidi Montag

On the season finale of "The Hills," Spencer Pratt did not go through with legalizing his marriage with Heidi Montag for now. The two eloped in a Mexican ceremony on November 19 and wanted to make their union legal. In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Pratt says they legalized their marriage in a Beverly Hills courthouse. He also tells Seacrest that, "We checked the confidentially box, so good luck [finding our marriage license] people!"

The Associated Press questioned their marriage because in the trailer for the show, the judge does not sit at the bench at the Los Angeles Superior Court, and civil wedding ceremonies are done in chambers and not courtrooms. MTV tells Usmagazine that they filmed Heidi and Spencer with the Deputy Commissioner, who handles all civil unions. They also say that they filmed after hours so that they would not disturb other couples getting married.

What convinced Spencer Pratt to not go through with the courthouse ceremony was his and Montag's families. Montag's mom, Darlene, tells Pratt during the show, "I know you manipulated and plotted this whole wedding. It's too fast, too much. You know she had dreams of a bigger wedding. I can't let you go to the courthouse and make this wedding legal." His sister, Stephanie Pratt, also tells him it was a bad idea. ""You can't do this. She's going to regret this. I think this is wrong," says Stephanie.

While in front of Deputy Commissioner, Heidi Montag was ready to marry Spencer but he pulls out at the last minute. "I feel like we're doing something sneaky and shady." As Montag begins to cry, she says, "Of course I want my mom here." Pratt responds, "I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years. I'll deal with it It's worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We'll do it the way you want, I'm sorry, I love you so much."

On the after-show, Pratt tells what is happening now, "Things are better since we didn't legalize the wedding. Now I can live throughout 2009. They didn't show the look of death in her [mom's] eyes on the episode!" Montag adds, "I want cakes and bridesmaids, two of them are standing right here," referring to Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt.

This was predictable. They just did it for the publicity and ratings for the show.

Rumors started by Life & Style, say that Janet Jackson is pregnant. Life & Style featured a cover with Jackson's photo on it with the headline, "Yes, I'm Pregnant."

Boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri says otherwise. In his blog, Dupri writes,
"To all the Janet fans, As you all know Janet is a very private person. The only reason you see her, as much as you do on my YouTube vlog, is because of me lol. But I hear ya'll and your questions. So hear [sic] you have it... No she is not pregnant and yes we're still together."

According to Usmagazine.com, there seems to be trouble between Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. There are rumors that the marriage is on the rocks after Lopez showed up to the premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button without her 8-carat diamond engagement ring, wedding band, or her husband.

There are multiple sources saying that the marriage is at a breaking point. "They both didn't wear their rings on purpose," a mutual pal of the married couple of four years (who renewed their vows in October) tells Us. "Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose."

Although Anthony's rep says everything is fine, a close friend to Anthony says otherwise. "He's very, very controlling of her," says the friend. "The skirts aren't as short. You don't see so much of that booty anymore."

A mutual friend also says that Jennifer Lopez is also blaming Anthony for her not so well career right now. "Jennifer looked around and said, 'This is my life now? I'm a Long Island housewife?'" a pal says. "She hates that everything she worked for went down the tubes."

Anthony is also bad mouthing his wife. After a tense family Thanksgiving, Anthony was seen at clubs, Bungalow 8 and Marquee in NYC. There he was spotted with his hand on a woman's thigh and complaining about his wife to a group of women saying, 'She's making me miserable,'" a source says.

The couple, who have not been seen together since Oct 23, had dinner on Tuesday at Beverly Hills restaurant Luau. The two left holding hands.

LAPD have confirmed to Access Hollywood that Paris Hilton's Sherman Oaks Hollywood Hills home was burglarized on Friday morning. A man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves broke into the house through the front door. The man then went through her bedroom and stole some items.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the burglar made off with $2 million worth of jewelry and other items. Hilton was not at home at the time and has been notified of the crime.

This happened after Paris Hilton showed off her new pink Bentley.

Maybe she should not of showed off her new car.

According to Access Hollywood, Madonna's Divorce with Guy Ritchie became one of the most expensive divorces. Madonna was ordered to give Ritchie between 50 and 60 million pounds ($76 million to $92 million) as part of their divorce agreement. This also included the value of the couple's country home, Ashcombe. Madonna's split did not rank number one of the most expensive divorces though. Here is the list from Access Hollywood.

10. Michael Douglas’s marriage to Diandra Douglas ended in 2000 and wound up being quite an expensive “Attraction.” When the couple decided to split after 23 years, Diandra walked away with $45 million.

9. Phil Collins’ divorce from Orianne Cevey, a Swiss-born woman 22 years his junior, in 2008 landed him the ninth most expensive celebrity divorce rank. The marriage, which lasted six years and produced two children, ended with Collins paying Cevey $46.76 million.

On Live With Regis and Kelly, Michael Phelps was asked about the pictures of him and a Las Vegas cocktail waitress, Caroline Pal. Phelps was asked if he was dating Pal. He replies saying he is not dating Pal and that he did does not know her at all.

"[The photographers] pose the girl up next to me as I get out of the car, and she follows me in. I was like, 'Oh wow, you guys are pretty original - pose somebody next to me to make it look like we're together!'"

Hmm can the Paparazzi go that far?

Tragic Death Of Macaulay Culkin's Older Sister

Dakota Culkin, older sister of Macaulay Culkin, died after being struck by a moving car. Dakota stepped in front of a moving cart on Lincoln Blvd. near Jefferson Way in Wast Los Angeles and was hit. The accident happened on Tuesday night December 9 just before 11 PM.

Before Dakota was taken to the UCLA Medical center, the driver did stop and administer first aid. She passed away on Wednesday at 12:45 PM.

A rep for Macaulay Culkin says this was a “terrible tragic accident.” There were no other comments from the family.

The driver identified himself to the police after the accident. He was not under influence of drugs or alcohol. The detectives also noted that the driver had not committed a crime.

My heart goes out to the Culkin family.

Alex Young, Kate Walsh's Husband, Files For Divorce

Alex Young, movie executive and husband to the "Private Practice" star, Kate Walsh, filed for divorce. Young and Walsh separated on November 22, 2008, just a little over a year into the marriage. Young cited irreconcilable differences for the divorce and asked the court not to award Walsh spousal support.

In a statement by Young and Walsh, it read, “Papers have been filed to amicably end the marriage of executive Alex Young, and actress Kate Walsh.” It continues, “The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time.”

The two met in Spring 2007 and got married in September 2007.

In an interview with Best Life magazine published in April 2007, Kate Walsh, talked about how life was similar to her character's life on "Grey's Anatomy" Dr. Addison Shepherd.

“Sometimes I feel like, ‘What am I doing? Am I becoming my character, or is my character becoming me?,’” she said. “I’m starting to get a little superstitious here. I definitely identify with my character in that, romantically at least, this is not where I thought I’d be at 39.”

She also felt torn between wanting to live a full life or to settle down. “I feel torn between having the time of my life and wanting very serious things, like a surplus of love for a family and all that,” the actress said. “But what’s in front of me right now is work. Often, I think it would have been so great if this success had happened when I was 27 or 28, but then again, I wouldn’t have had the maturity then to deal with it and not end up in rehab.”

T.R. Knight Leaving "Grey's Anatomy"

T.R. Knight, who plays George O'Malley on Grey's Anatomy, has asked producers to write him off the show. A source close to the situation says that most likely Knight will get his wish and be released from his contract.

There have been rumors that Knight have not been attending table-reads for upcoming episodes. There were also rumors that he walked off the set and that he cleaned out his dressing room. According to a rep, the rumors are false. “He has been there every day. He was at a table read yesterday. He hasn’t said goodbye to anyone,” said the rep. There was also the rumor that Knight was still upset about Isaiah Washington's alleged use of a homophobic slur about him, which prompted Knight to reveal he is gay, and how Shonda Rhimes, the show's creator, took so long to rectify with Washington's dismissal. This rumor was also false. “The Isaiah stuff has no relevance at all,” says a source. “T.R. doesn’t even know why people would mention it. It was so long ago.”

The reason Knight wants to leave, according to the source, is because he has had so little screen time this season. “It’s time to move on,” says the source. “It just feels like this is the right time to go.”

Shaha Mishaal Adham Cleared Of Charges In Fatal Shooting Of Scott Ruffalo

Shaha Mishaal Adham, the woman who was said to be connected to the fatal shooting of Scott Ruffalo, brother of Mark Ruffalo, was released from custody. Her attorney tells Access Hollywood that she was a client of Scott's. “He was her hairdresser. They knew each for a year,” said the attorney, Ronald Richards.

Adham was cleared of any wrong doing in Scott's death on Wednesday. Her attorney said he provided "physical and testimonial" evidence suggesting the fatal gunshot wound to Ruffalo's head was self-inflicted. Adham claims that she was present at the time Ruffalo shot himself during a game of Russian Roulette. She also says that she has seen him play the game before.

When Adham was asked why she did not call 911 immediately she says “she was given bad advice from her boyfriend,” but later called 911.

Mark Ruffalo issued a statement thanking everyone for their support. “Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband,” said a rep for Mark.

How can you not call 911 after seeing someone shoot himself!

Scott Ruffalo, Mark Ruffalo's Brother, Passes Away

Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott passed away Monday night a week after a gunshot wound to the head. It was confirmed by the Beverly Hills Police that Scott died Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Earlier that day suspect, Shaha Mishall Adham, turned herself in to the police. A attempted murder arrest warrant was issued for her arrest. Brian Burton Scofield, a "person of interest" had accompanied her to the police station. Scoflied is being detained for a misdemeanor traffic warrant.

According to the Associated Press, a court date for Adham have been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday.

Jay Leno Sticks With NBC

According to Access Hollywood, host of the "Tonight Show," Jay Leno will stay with NBC when he steps down from the show in 2009. Leno is signing on for a new show similar to his current one. Jay Leno will host a 10 PM show for five nights a week. The idea was brought up by NBC executive Jeff Zucker.

The New York Times reports that the new show will be filmed in the Burbank NBC lot while the "Tonight Show" will move to the Universal lot in Universal City, California.

Conan O'Brien, host of the "Late Night" show, is set to take over Leno's shoes on the "Tonight Show." O'Brien was promised the "Tonight Show," but as his time came closer, NBC's analysts began to wonder if they could afford losing Leno. Jay Leno currently rules the late night ratings.

It was smart of NBC to keep Jay Leno.

"Lost's" Star Josh Holloway To Be A Daddy

Josh Holloway, known as Sawyer on Lost, is expecting his first child with wife, Yessica. He first announced the news to TV Guide while shooting the fifth season of Lost in Hawaii.

The couple got married in 2004 and initially did not want children. They decided to try this year. In an interview with USA Today in March, Holloway says "We have changed our minds ... only recently." He continues, "Basically, nature happened.

He also says, "If you're in a loving relationship with someone, [having] children becomes a part of it," he added. "I don't know exactly when or how, but we're very open to either having our own children or adopting."

Suspects Of Mark Ruffalo's Brother's Shooting Turns Themselves In

Shaha Mishaal Adham and Brian Scofield, suspects in the shooting of Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott, turned themselves into police Monday afternoon. A spokesperson for Beverly Hills Police, said that Adham along with Scofield surrendered to the police at 1:30 PM.

Adham was arrested and booked on the warrant that was issued for attempted murder. Scofield was booked for a misdemeanor traffic warrant.\

A court date have been scheduled for Wednesday. There is no information on the motive for the shooting or the relationship Adham has with Scott Ruffalo.

At least they turned themselves in.

A report in Star magazine said that Kevin was quitting the band to record a solo album of "adult music." This turns out to be false as the Jonas Brothers denied the report in their MySpace blog. "There is a rumor that one of us is leaving the group," they wrote. "Not true." They continue, "We love what we are doing and hope to do it together for a long time."

The brothers also talked about how excited they were about being nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy. "We completely freaked out when they announced that we were one of the nominees. We STILL can't believe it," they wrote. "The crew from our TV series, [JONAS], even threw us a party the following day congratulating us on the nomination."

Search Underway For Two People In Shooting Of Mark Ruffalo's Brother

Beverly Hills police are currently searching for two people who might be involved with the shooting of Scott Ruffalo, actor Mark Ruffalo's brother. Brian Scolfield and Shaha Mishaal Adham are wanted for questioning in the attempted murder.

Scott Ruffalo was discovered by the police when they responded to assist a person who fell on North Palm Drive, outside Ruffalo's condo. The police found the victim, Ruffalo, was shot in the head.

Ruffalo is in very serious condition at a Los Angeles hospital. His brother Mark have been visiting Scott regularly.

I hope he pulls through.

Anne Heche and James Tupper will be expecting their first child together according to Usmagazine.com. The couple met on the set of Men In Trees while Heche was still married to Coley Laffoon. Laffoon was also married at the time. "In that friendship, we kind of discovered we saw the world in a somewhat similar way," Tupper, who was also married at the time, told the Vancouver Sun last year. "I think we both made decisions that were based on the relationships we were in."

After the divorce from Laffoon, Heche and Tupper announced their relationship to the public. Heche has a 6-year old son, Homer, with Laffoon.

In an interview with Extra last year, Heche says how she was relieved about revealing their relationship. "We're so much more comfortable now that our feelings are exposed and everybody knows about them," said Heche.

Julianne Hough hopes someday she and boyfriend of five months, Chuck Wicks, will marry. In an interview with PEOPLE, she says, "We definitely want to go there." "The minute we met it was perfect. The first date we had we both had that feeling like we were going to fall in love with each other," she adds.

There are no engagement yet but Hough, 21, invited Wicks, 29, to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Las Vegas. "This was big for me," Wicks said recently before the couple dined at Palazzo Las Vega's Lavo. "She has the best family I've met in the world. They just like to have a good time."

The family approves of Wicks as Hough says, "He's definitely part of the family. Everybody loves him to death." she also says, "He's as big of a dork as we are."

Britney Spears Celebrates 27th Birthday With A Performance

Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday with a performance on the "Good Morning America" show. The pop star made her appearance on the show on Tuesday morning at the Big Apple Circus tent at New York's Lincoln Center.

Spears appeared on a circus wagon with jugglers, clowns and performers in animal costumes, before she performed "Womanizer." Besides being her birthday, Tuesday was also the day she released her album, "Circus."

Among the crowd that showed up to see her, were her sons, Preston and Jayden, her mom, Lynne Spears, and her brother Bryan. Her family were not the only ones wishing her a happy birthday, stars including Taylor Swift, John Travolta, Nicollette Sheridan, Teri Hatcher, Reese Witherspoon, and Hugh Jackman sent birthday wishes via taped video.

The celebration ended with hosts of "Good Morning America" Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer surprising Spears with a circus-themed birthday cake.

Blake Fielder-Civil Blames Self For Getting, Wife Amy Winehouse Addicted To Drugs

In an interview with the U.K.'s News of the World, Blake Fielder-Civil admits to introducing his wife, Amy Winehouse to drugs. “I dragged Amy into it, and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road," Fielder-Civil said.

He even goes to say that he would end the marriage to save her. "Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love," he said. "I have had to live with that for the past year that I have been in prison and I have got so much remorse.”

Fielder-Civil also said that before he introduced hard drugs, Winehouse only smoked marijuana. He also tells how he watched her have a seizure after an all-day binge.
He goes on saying how he and Winehouse cannot be together. "If it wasn't for drugs, me and Amy would be so happy. Just without that in our lives -- without crack and without heroin -- Amy would be making beautiful music."

Through News of the World, he reaches out to Amy Winehouse, "I'm sorry that love isn't enough... I'm sorry that we can't be normal together."

I sure hope Amy gets the help she needs and fast.

Ivana Trump Divorces Fourth Husband

Ivana Trump issued a statement that confirmed reports of separation from Italian entrepreneur, Rossano Rubicondi. Trump says she filed a legal separation agreement three months ago. She kept quiet about it because she did not want to ruin Rubicondi's chances as a contestant on the Italian edition of "Survivor."

The two dated for six years before getting married in April 2008. Rubicondi is Trump's fourth husband.

William Balfour Arrested For Murder of Hudson Family

The Chicago police confirmed to Access Hollywood that William Balfour was arrested for the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, her brother, Jason Hudson, and her nephew Julian King.

Balfour has been in police custody since the day the bodies of Hudson's relatives were found at their home. Two days later, Julian's body was found. According to the Chicago Tribune, Balfour was held on a parole violation at the Statesville Correctional center. He was then transferred to Chicago police after an arrest warrant was issued.

I'm glad they found who the murderer is. I hope justice is served.

Britney Spears returns to the stage at Germany's Bambi Awards on Thursday night, November 27, 2008. The singer dressed up in a top hat, fishnets, and a figure-hugging outfit. Spears performed "Womanizer" at the awards and was awarded the Best International Pop Star in Germany.

According to Access Hollywood, Her performance featured "Circus"-themed dancers surrounding Britney. She appeared in silhoutte at the beginning and then walked through a ring of fire. At the end she was on top of a metal globe.

She will perform on Simon Cowell's "X-Factor" show on Saturday.

Looks like she is finally back.

Police In Spain Investigates Missing Jewelry Worn By Winona Ryder

Police in Spain are investigating the missing designer jewelry loan to Winona Ryder for the Marie Claire event on Sunday November 23, 2008. The missing Bulgari bracelet and ring is worth $125,000.

A source to Access Hollywood was told that Winona left the jewelry in her hotel room in the morning. The bracelet and ring could not be found when someone was sent to pick them up.

Winona is not considered a suspect in this case.

Such luck for Winona.

Spencer Pratt Speaks Up After Marrying

After reports that Spencer Pratt's wedding to Heidi Montag was fake, Pratt speaks up. In a statement to Usmagazine.com and to The Associated Press, he said, "We had a beautiful ceremony here at One & Only Palmilla officiated by a minister and photographed by the hotel photographer." He adds, "We've never been happier."

The two are still in Mexico. Mexico can marry American citizens and perform elopments. Couples can legalize their marriage before or after a foreign ceremony in the United States. Pratt goes on to say, "Like other elopements that happen outside the country, we'll take care of the legal details when we get home."

Their elopement will also be part of the Hills, according to executive producer Liz Gateley. Currently cameras are still in Mexico filming the couple's honeymoon.

"MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico, as we were expecting to capture them on vacation," Gateley tells MTV News. "Fans will be able to see the exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode, and we will continue to follow the newlyweds' relationship as it plays out in real life."

Looks more like the two are just trying to get more publicity.

Carson Daly, host of the talk show Last Call with Carson Daly, and girlfriend Siri Pinter are expecting a child.

His rep, Heather Lylis said in a statement to People, “Carson is thrilled to be a father and they are looking forward to an extra special Thanksgiving this year with family and friends.”

Siri is about five months along.

Brooke Burke and Derek Hough Takes The "DWTS" (Dancing With The Stars) Trophy

Brooke Burke was crowned queen of "Dancing With The Stars" Tuesday night, November 25, 2008. Burke and her partner, Derek Hough, took home the mirror ball trophy and the title of most consistent set of performances of any season of "DWTS".

The win left Burke speechless only able to say, "Unbelievable!" when asked how she felt. Derek Hough had plenty to say. “Oh my gosh! I actually can’t believe it,” said Hough. “The journey’s been so long. It’s been tough, it’s been wonderful… And, I can’t believe we actually did it.”

Warren Sapp and his partner, Aussie Kym Johnson came in second. Sapp was not disappointed of the outcome saying that being on "DWTS" was "absolutely wonderful," and "I'm just glad I didn't do any disrespect to the football guys."

Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer took third place but was excited that they made it to the finals. Bass goes on to say that NSYNC buddy, Joey Fatone, who came in second place during Season 4, will be poking fun at him for landing in third place. “It has so been worth it. This has been the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire life,” Lance enthused. “Joey will never let me live it down.”

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from MTV's the "Hills," are now married according to Us Weekly. The two went ran to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on November 20, where they eloped. “The minute we said our vows, I couldn’t stop crying,” Heidi said to Us Weekly.

Heidi's father is not pleased of the news though. “I would be upset if she got married and didn’t invite me!” said Bill Montag to People after finding out.

The newlyweds are said to make a cameo on CBS's "How I Met Your Mother," in an episode airing in January.

I think I'm going to be sick.

Miley Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray Cyrus got her a present that she may never forget. Although rumors say that Miley wanted a Mercedes, that was not what Billy Ray got her. Billy Ray Cyrus tells Access Hollywood, “No, she didn’t want a Mercedes, she wanted a recording studio. “She just wanted a place to record there at the house. She’s been writing a lot of songs a lot of really great material.”

He continues saying that the two can go in and "work out some tunes and sing."

As for Miley, this is what she said, “It’s gonna be dope! I’m so stoked!" She continues, “I think I get it tomorrow. I think it gets like all put in.”

Although Billy Ray is looking to spend time in the recording studio, Miley intends to keep it for herself, “He’s not touching it, he’s not touching it! It’s mine.” She continues, “It’s in my room. No one’s touching it but me. They’ll ruin it.”

As for the rumors of the Mercedes, this is what Miley has to say, “I don’t even have my license or anything so it’d be kind of like dumb to get one and just let it sit,” Miley added. “I’d like to wait until I’m more ready for the road, cause I don’t know if the roads are ready for me yet!”

I wish my dad would get me something like that. Maybe not a recording studio but something of that level.

A rep confirmed to Access Hollywood that Jason Lee and his girlfriend, Ceren Alkac, got married secretly over the summer. “I can confirm that Jason Lee and Ceren Alkac married in July in California,” his rep said in a statement.

In August the couple welcomed a daughter. Lee has another child with actress Beth Riesgraf, Pilot Inspektor.

This is the second marriage for Jason Lee. In 1995, Lee was married to actress Carmen Llwelyn. The two divorced in 2001.

I still can't believe he named his son, Pilot Inspektor.

A rep tells Access Hollywood, “Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, late [Thursday] evening.” The baby weighed in at 7 lbs, 11 oz. Bronx is the first child for the couple.

“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” the rep added.

Pete Wentz skipped appearances on “Larry King Live” and the final episode of “Total Request Live” to be by Ashlee Simpson's side waiting for the baby.

Aww how sweet, Pete stayed by her the whole time.

Former Star of "Full House," Jodie Sweetin Files for Legal Separation From Husband

According to People, the former "Full House" star Jodie Sweetin filed for legal separation from her husband, Cody Herpin. Sweetin, who played Stephanie Tanner on the show, is married to Herpin for 16 years. Back in April, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Zoie.

The split is a surprise to Herpin. “I was dumbfounded,” Herpin told People, adding that the actress left their home and took their daughter. “Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home.”

Sweetin's rep tells People that Sweetin felt this was something that had to happen. No further details were released by the rep.

Sweetin had battled a methamphetamines addiction but the rep says she is clean.

The couple worked on Fuse TV's "Pants-Off Dance-Off" together. Sweetin was the host while Herpin worked as a set designer. In Sepetmeber, Sweetin told People that they were working on a new reality show together.

So much for that new reality show, like we need more of them.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie Reach Divorce Settlement

The BBC reports that Madonna and Guy Ritchie will be granted a preliminary divorce decree at the High Council in London on Friday. Six weeks and a day later, the divorce will be final.

Madonna and Ritchie has finally reached a settlement over money and their children. The Evening Standard in London reports that Madonna will keep most of her money which is estimated at $500 million. Rocco and David, the two children of Madonna and Ritchie, will split time between the parents. This means having to travel between the U.S. and London. Lourdes, whose father is Carlos Leon, will live with her mother, Madonna.

A friend of Ritchie tells U.K.'s Times, that both parties left without taking the other's money. "He could have hugely boosted his bank balance and set himself up for life, but he already feels he has enough money," another friend told the paper. "He also didn't want the whole thing dragging on in the public gaze for months and months and, in any case, his priority was the children's future."

On the other hand, a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE that Guy Ritchie will be getting a large amount of money from the settlement. "He's getting a lot of money from the settlement. He's not the gentleman he’s portraying himself as," says the source.

I sure hope this just ends well and the two just move on.

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden broke up according to the celebutante’s rep. A source close to Hilton says that the break up was because work and not another man was in the way. “[She] still loves Benji,” the source said, but “she’s busy” and needed a break.

Hilton has been keeping herself busy with her reality show, "My New BFF" as well as other projects. Some of the projects includes a planned second album and promoting her fragrance, Fairy Dust.

Rumors have surfaced that Paris Hilton got together with her ex, Stavros Niarchos in Miami. This was not the reason for the split though. “There’s nothing going on with Stavros,” said the source.

It was not long ago though that Benji Madden called Hilton "wife material."

“I always knew that she was, like, wife material, or serious girlfriend material,” he told Yo On E! in May, hinting that an engagement could be on the way. “I’m very, very happy right now.”

Too bad for Benji, maybe Paris Hilton got spooked about Benji saying she was "wife material?"

Justin Timberlake Wears Heels For Beyonce

Beyonce is still not over Justin Timberlake's Saturday Night Live skit. On The Ed Lover Show on Power 105.1 in New York City. "I still can't believe he did that! He was incredible," she said. "We rehearsed it two times. He has this photographic memory. He could probably kill it if he wanted to. Not the feminine stuff, but... he's so talented and so naturally funny."

Along with Timberlake, the skit also starred, Andy Samberg and Bobby Moynihan. The three wore black leotard and high heels. They played three brothers performing on Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it)" video, directed by their stepfather, played by Paul Rudd. In the end Beyonce fires the three because of how incompetent they were.

"I'm Proud to Be Gay," Proclaims Wanda Sykes

After the passing of Prop. 8, Wanda Sykes talks about her sexuality to a crowd of protesters against the California initiative in Las Vegas on Saturday.

“You know, I don’t really talk about my sexual orientation,” she told the crowd, according to The Associated Press. “I didn’t feel like I had to [before]. I was just living my life, not necessarily in the closet, but I was living my life.”

“Everybody that knows me personally, they know I’m gay,” she added. “But that’s the way people should be able to live their lives.”

The passing of Prop. 8, banning same-sex marriages in California, made Sykes feel like she was "attacked" and has made her take action. “Now, I gotta get in their face,” she reportedly said. “I’m proud to be a woman. I’m proud to be a black woman, and I’m proud to be gay.”

Wanda Sykes is not the only celebrity stepping out against Prop. 8, other celebrities have come out at other demonstrations throughout the country on Saturday. T.R. Knight, Ricki Lake, and other stars have made appearances in LA.

I wouldn't want her mad at me.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Flour Thrown On By PETA Supporter

From a statement released by PETA, Lindsay Lohan was doused in flour by a member of PETA in Paris, France on Friday evening. In the statement PETA said, “The actor, who was on her way into the VIP room on the Champs-Elysées just after 1 AM early Saturday, had an entire bag of flour dumped over her head by a French fur foe who shouted, ‘Lindsay Lohan—fur hag!’”

PETA claimed that Lohan wore multiple fur coats this week while in London with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

“Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all.” PETA Europe’s Robbie LeBlanc said in the statement.

In response to the flour dousing, Ronson wrote on her MySpace blog, “Today I’m pissed at the bag of flour thrown on Lindsay last night. Not because I got powdered down, but because the girl who threw it acted like an animal herself.” she continued, “It’s a pity that some groups feel the need to assault people as opposed to fighting with words. I don’t wear fur, but I don’t think I have the right to ATTACK those who do. No one has that right.”

Ronson even had a suggestion to PETA, “PETA should focus their efforts on educating people on what they believe are injustices instead of seeking press via harassing those in the limelight.”

Stop wearing fur Lindsay and you won't have to worry about flour.

"My Big Fat Grek Wedding" Star, Nia Vardalos Adopts a Girl

From a report by E!, Nia Vardalos, star from My Big Fat Grek Wedding, and her husband, Ian Gomez adopted a girl. The toddler's name has not been released yet.

"They are going public now to bring attention to National Adoption Month and the 500,000 children in foster care," says a statement released by Vardalos' rep to E!. "Of these children, 129,000 are 'legally free' for adoption and waiting for a family."

Angelina Jolie Plans To Leave The Movies

Angelina Jolie tells BBC that she does not plan to keep acting very long. "I'm ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day," says the actress.

She plans to work "a few months" in February and then take a year off. "I won't work again probably for another year," she says. "So maybe it'll be once a year, then maybe it'll be once every three years."

She also tells BBC, "I have a lot of children. I have a big responsibility to make sure that they're growing right and that they have got us there for them."

When she does stop acting, Brad Pitt will still help make ends meet.

"I'm not so worried that I want to keep this pace up and try to be something and be a celebrity and be a successful actress forever," she tells the BBC. "It's great, but everything comes in seasons. I hopefully I won't be needing to do that later in my life."

I'm still surprised she has time with her family and still work.

Joe Jonas Talks About Split With Taylor Swift

In a letter to his fans on a MySpace post, Joe Jonas explains his break-up with Taylor Swift. In the post he says that certain "issues" led to a "change of heart."

"Several things I will state with all my heart," writes Jonas, 19, who's now quietly dating actress Camilla Belle. "I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me."

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Taylor Swift tells DeGeneres that Joe broke up with her in a 27-second phone call. Joe says that he was not the one who ended the conversation.

"For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person," he writes. "Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk."

Joe Jonas also wrote, "Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently."

In the end he wishes Swift the best but does not want fans of the Jonas Brothers to have the wrong impression of the truth.

A face-to-face break up would still be better than a phone call. Would not be this big of a mess at least.

In an interview with Vogue magazine for the December issue, Jennifer Aniston talks about Angelina Jolie's interview with Vogue last year. Aniston tells Vogue that Jolie should be more discreet about how Jolie and Brad Pitt met.

"There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening," says Aniston. "I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. ... That stuff about how she couldn't wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool," she continues.

Aniston also talks about the relationship with her and Brad Pitt after the divorce as well as her current relationship with John Mayer. She claims Mayer is now mature since they've been together.

I would be mad too reading how she lost her husband in a magazine.

Paula Abdul Fan Found Dead Near Abdul's Home

On Tuesday night, a woman was found dead in a car parked near Paula Abdul's Sherman Oaks, California, home. The woman turned out to be Paula Goodspeed, 30, a former contestant on "American Idol"'s Season 5. According to LAPD spokesperson Officer Karen Smith, Goodspeed was found after 6 PM after the police received a call from a neighboring agency. “Our Van Nuys division did receive a call from the Ventura County’s Sheriff. A woman’s parents reported her missing and they thought that she may be at Paula Abdul’s house,” said Smith.

Goodspeed's parents believed she was nearby Abdul's home since Goodspeed was "a big fan" of Abdul. Paula Goodspeed was pronounced dead when the police arrived.

Goodspeed auditioned on "American Idol" in February 2006 dressed in pink and had braces in her mouth. “You have to have a certain personality to pull my look off” she said and also claimed to be a fan of Paula Abdul. Her audition did not go well and she left vowing to be back.

Paula Abdul was not home at the time. Abdul released a statement to Access Hollywood about the incident. “I am deeply shocked and saddened about what transpired yesterday,” Abdul’s statement read. “My heart and prayers go out to her family.”

Authorities are awaiting the report from the coroner to determine the cause of death.

That's sad something like this would happen.

According to People, a source toold them that Joe Jonas is now dating 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle. The two met on the set of the music video for "Lovebug," who Belle starred in. "All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that's why they asked her to be in it," says the source.

They began dating after the video. "They are not public about it but they've just been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," explains the source. "They are very private about it." The source also said, "She's a really good girl and it seems they share a lot of the same characteristics and morals."

Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie, welcomed their new addition to their family, Sunny Madison. Sunny was born on Sunday, November 2. On Sandler's website, a message reads, “Everyone is happy and healthy.”

Adam Sandler had confirmed back in May to Jay Leno that Jackie was expecting. On the show he points out how supportive he was. “In the beginning, I would rub her back and go, ‘It’s worth it. We’re going to have another beautiful baby, I love you, thanks for doing this,’” Adam said.

Taylor Swift Fights Rumors of Being Pregnant

Rumors of Taylor Swift being pregnant with ex Joe Jonas' baby has gotten Swift mad. In an interview with Access Hollywood, she says, “It’s a little offensive actually.” She also tells Access Hollywood, “It’s so crazy when you spend your entire life and all of your energy trying to be a good person and trying to be a good role model and trying to make the right decision and you make the right decisions and you make the right choices and people make things up about you.”

Taylor Swift calls the rumors as, “impossible, and… impossible.” She is disturbed at how rumors spread so quickly. “I have devoted my entire life to not having something like that happen,” the fired-up singer said. “It’s really, really scary that someone can just say something and it gets spread around the Internet and all of a sudden it’s a verified rumor, with no grounds.”

Upon hearing the rumors, Swift admits she even questioned herself.

“I didn’t do anything to provoke that,” she sighed. “Like I’m sitting there thinking, like what? Did I wear the wrong shirt?”

It is wrong to say something about someone with no evidence at all. Unfortunately it does come with being famous.
